A very polite salesman was helping us and needed to ask a manager a question about an item. The manager on duty was sitting at her desk on her phone, playing games on her phone; it took several times to get her to answer the question. We walked by multiple times, and she was playing on her phone the entire time. We noticed the employees running around a lot, and the manager never got up to help. Managers used to be hands-on and supportive this was the complete opposite. Poor leadership and lack of professionalism. We left without purchasing and won't be back.

And gives it new life for someone that doesn't want the antique look but wants to keep it. I am all for repurposing and preventing things from being dumped. They have an array of decor from old to new. They also have a huge selection of Otis P candles and wax melts. That is what brings me in. The story behind Otis P is a cause I will support. I have found the staff to be very kind. We have been in twice and communicated via FB and all three people were nothing but kind. Seeing some truly great antique pieces destroyed with paint is always heart breaking. The selection is confusing and not well organized. The owner? employee? that greeted us was a bit pushy and made us feel like we were at a car dealership. Not the store for us.
