I cannot recommend them more highly if you are looking to complete an elite landscape renovation at your home. Recently, a negative review was posted by our neighbor, Sabrina. We are the neighbors in question in that review and to my knowledge she has never used Rosehill Gardens for any work at her present home. Her dispute is over a four-corners survey that was done which resulted in no change whatsoever to our original plans for a fence. This fence was placed in the exact same location it was always planned to be. Additionally, they were informed of its location weeks in advance. We attempted to work with these neighbors to settle their concerns, but after walking them down the future fence line on multiple occasions they chose to spend money of their own on a second survey in spite of our assurances that the fence would be clearly placed well onto our property regardless of any survey result. Lastly, there is no dispute as far as we are concerned and Rosehill is in no way responsible for whatever dispute they feel exists.

This was over the noon hour and either the store doesn't have enough employees to cover these areas or the store has cut back on their supplies.

I offer this opinion: This location is in need of much stronger leadership. The store director seems detached from most of the staff and customers. It makes itself manifest by the poorly trained cashiers. There is no direction to accommodate the customers that have waited the longest when a new register opens, for example. I and my company use this location quite a bit because our properties are close by. To be honest, I wish it were a Home Depot (more consistent service, better prices). Kudos to the majority of the staff! Try working at McDonalds or Kinkos to many of the rest of the staff, and management........

When I contacted customer service to investigate, I was initially given conflicting information and told an item was out of stock. After I verified the item was indeed in stock, store staff admitted that Lowe's third-party delivery service is refusing to pick up the order because it includes bags of soil. Instead of resolving the issue internally, store management informed me they could do nothing further and instructed me to contact the delivery service myself. As a Lowe's customer, my transaction and delivery agreement is with Lowe's, not your third-party contractors. I expect Lowe's to fulfill the delivery I paid for or immediately coordinate an alternative solution.
