I won't name names -- and for legal, moral, and karmic reasons let's just say the name rhymes with something like "Crazy Boi Schmurniture Falleries." Our experience felt like such a spectacular train wreck that it left me emotionally scarred and deeply suspicious of the words "custom" and "lead time." Enter Restoration Hardware -- which, maddeningly, I had discovered years earlier and somehow didn't buy from. Allow me to say this loudly for the people in the back: I should have started with RH. From the very first conversation, Katy Cox was an absolute rock star. We explained our prior furniture trauma, and politely asked that she keep this in mind as we ordered a Chesterfield sofa and two chairs. Katy listened, reassured us, and guided us through the process with calm confidence, professionalism, and genuine care. Complicating matters (because of course we did), we were also in the middle of having a hardwood floor installed, which meant timing was critical. Katy and RH coordinated everything flawlessly. The furniture arrived earlier than expected, yet somehow exactly when the floor had finished curing -- a minor logistical miracle. And the furniture itself? Stunning. Even better than we imagined. The leather, the scale, the craftsmanship -- it has real presence. This is furniture that makes you stop mid-stride, nod approvingly, and think, yes... this was the right decision. Delivery was handled exactly as high-end furniture should be, with true white-glove service and zero stress. No drama. No excuses. No surprises. Just competence -- which, frankly, feels luxurious these days. Katy Cox did a phenomenal job, Restoration Hardware delivered at every level, and our faith in buying fine furniture has been fully restored (pun absolutely intended). Prices are very easy to find on items and I love how the display rooms are easy to understand and replicate. I do wish their prices were the same across the board rather than member and no member. Although I will say if you buy one big ticket item it is more than worth paying that member price. I do feel it turns some people off though.

Waited a month for product and it was one thing after another , we finally had to rent a truck drive 3 hours to pick up our product we waited 1 month for and than the parts they FedEx us got rescheduled... can't make this crazy stuff up unfortunately. It was highly stressful and it was not the way I would have thought great customer service would go after spending a good amount of money , many many many phone calls later and having to pick up product with a 3 hour drive I finally have all my cabinets . Would I do it again : ABSOLUTELY NOT !!!!! On a side note there were a few resolution people that were kind and patient trying to help me out . But overall Extremely disappointed and Frustrated. Although the after holiday sale hadn't started, the owner directed me to items that were more cost effective and also gave me a discount on the red bulb stakes. She also had me look at several of their urns to get an idea of what I was going for and then made some recommendations. Although I paid more than other places, the quality of the artificial greenery is spectacular and I know I will be able to keep it from year to year. Not sorry I splurged!

And gives it new life for someone that doesn't want the antique look but wants to keep it. I am all for repurposing and preventing things from being dumped. They have an array of decor from old to new. They also have a huge selection of Otis P candles and wax melts. That is what brings me in. The story behind Otis P is a cause I will support. I have found the staff to be very kind. We have been in twice and communicated via FB and all three people were nothing but kind. They are great about posting furniture pieces on FB so it is nice to browse from home. Great place!

I did not grow up shopping at target weekly so it is definitely a different experience than walmart. First of all, this target is clean!!! There are not random items laying around, nothing on the floor, and good organization overall. I like this target because they have a lot of clearance items on food/pastries/hygiene/cleaning products. The clearance signs are easy to find and include good everyday products. The app doesn't always align with the price given, so i appreciate the price scanners located in the store. I do not interact with a ton of the employees because I usually do self checkout but the employees at self checkout are always kind. They have a lot of workers!! Sometimes there is a worker on almost every aisle restocking things. The prices are reasonable, especially with the app. I find that my grocery bills are cheaper here than other stores for sure.

A huge sprawling parking lot with enough space under one roof to get in a mile of walking, if one were so compelled. This brings me to Target in Overland Park. Located in a safe and extremely close to most major roads and the interstate, almost anything you need since it's a Super Target. They do have a few employees walking around however you might have to hunt a bit to get them. However once you do, they're extremely willing to assist and friendly. Finally the place is always clean and well stocked with inventory so that's a huge bonus. Most items like pet food and accessories are in abundance, hardware and housing goods have most of what someone needs and the kitchen section has a lot of average equipment to great stuff depending on what you need. For example, the knife selection is horrible but mixers are just as good as anywhere else. I do all of my vitamin and specialty medicine (not prescription) from Target as it's the cheapest. If you're shopping for clothing, they do a pretty good job of maintaining many different sizes and keeping the clothes in their proper racks. Many other stores you can find the clothes just thrown about. The seasonal selection is decent but runs out pretty quick as they like to get the items in early, then restock only a few times, allowing it to run out well before the holiday. As for the food, it has what one has come to expect from Target, average products at a low cost however when it comes to fruit and veggies, they're much better than "mart" place of a "wall". The baked and homemade food items are average but better than that other "blue" store! They do have a pretty good bakery and they're the only one that sells Boston Cream Pie!!! I've also found they're the best for toys as I when I take my kids they have all most popular items and in bulk. So, if you want that GI Joe action figure, you probably will find it here. As for electronics, they have most of the newest gaming consoles, games and controllers however 4k media is limited, but that's a standard among all stores now as physical media continues to be replaced by inferior forms of content like streaming. Overall, Target is exactly what you expect anywhere and that's by design. The only real differences are subtle things that regionally might sell better at one place then another state won't offer a product as it won't make sense. Think of a heavy winter coat for sale in Texas - it isn't needed. Other than those items, it's Target so you already know what you want. This is the best Target around and will definitely save you trips to other stores.
