Initially was told the owner was the only one who could give an estimate. Had to wait just to schedule. Two days later I got the appointment for the estimate. On the morning of the estimate I get a text approximately 40 mins before the estimate saying the appointment needed to be cancelled and they would call the following week to reschedule.....and they never did. Another local company got the business. If they can't complete something as simple as an estimate, I wouldn't trust to do the work.

Again I'm trying to de-escalate. his dog run as starts harassing my 2 year old in the car cause the door is still wide open from my son climbing out finally after my wife gets in the driver side I'm trying to get my son across the busy street to get him away and to his group. once I knew he was ok and in good hands I return to see this guy threating my wife with a baseball bat. the coaches had to stop me from going across the street after him. my wife pulled off safely and the cops were called. filed a report and got witness testimonies. If this is how this business handles a simple miscommunication I wouldn't want them anywhere near my property.

I was using my home warranty program, so JL Mechanical was assigned to me as their vendor. I had a new furnace installed and JL Mechanical kept me updated with the date of service plus text messages to remind me and give me a link to track my installation team members. They also email you a snapshot of those who will be doing the installation work. Robert was my guy and he was intelligent, patient, friendly, and answered all my questions. In fact, I've had repairs and installations done in my house before but the entire work area and my house was completely CLEANED UP when they were done. On Sunday and Monday morning I started calling plumbing contractors and companies in our area. All the companies I called charged, what I felt were, incredibly high prices for the unit and the install...until I called dFlo. Danny has an A rating on Angie's list, and he sounded like a good plumber to me, so I called him. His prices were extremely fair and definitely more in line with what my husband and I had thought we should pay for the water heater and the install. Our house needed a 50,000 BTU, 50 gallon natural gas water heater with a power vent, so my husband and I knew the unit would be expensive up-front; I had researched and had seen various unit prices online. Danny got us a great unit (same one some of the expensive companies were going to put in), the right size, with the specs we needed and wanted, he installed it the same day, and he was extremely professional, detailed, courteous, and focused. I saved hundreds of dollars (between $370 and $800 when compared with the quotes I had gotten from other plumbing companies in the area) by going with dFlo for our water heater and installation, and the unit is perfect! When the other companies tell you, "that's just the going rate for the type of water heater you need with the install," don't buy what they're saying or their products and services.
