That would have been to long for them to be in the car, and yes I'm being a bit dramatic but I don't care:) I THANK ALL THE GODS FOR GILDA COMING TO THE RESCUE!!! If anyone from cooperate or her immediate supervisors happen to read this, this is the type of person you want working for your company!!! Not about Chevron specifically but about THE CAR WASH!…read more So I visited this car wash on April 2, 2026 at 11:40am and went through the automatic wash. Immediately after, my windshield had multiple tiny new chips and three cracks that were not there before. I filed an incident report on-site, but staff were unable to provide any manager contact or business insurance information. I was only told that a manager Amber Gout "comes once a week" and would call me, which is not an appropriate way to handle property damage. I'm simply asking for accountability and proper next steps to resolve damage that occurred during your service. I will update this review based on how this is handled. Update: I now have the employee's name, company contact info, and my incident report filed, and written acknowledgement. While staff mentioned cameras as "proof of what I came there for," I'm simply looking for accountability for the windshield damage that happened during the wash. Hoping for a proper resolution soon.

Which by the way he looked like if he's the one who has served time for something being all tatted and looking he robbed the same store he's working at! I said have a good night and no response! In came in a black guy who I saw getting into his car at the pumps who clearly was some sort of security and I guess saw me and thought hmm I need to go and see if this guy is a threat yea like if they're not known to be just that!! Sorry for the people who are manipulated to feel sorry for them! ( not sorry ). So after I paid for my drink I walked back to my car and started driving off as the the guy who went into the store to check if everything was ok was just standing around looking at nothing! Needless to say if you're having a goodnight and just popping in to grab something to drink and PAY FOR IT!!! You'll treated like a suspect by idiots!!!

On the plus side, the service is reasonably fast, it's a decent AM/PM Market, and the location off the freeway is very convenient. Oh, and the gas is cheap. On the downside, the area is pretty dirty, and the pumps stick. A lot. Someone else on Yelp claimed that the owners of this gas station are slumlords. I don't know if it's true...but yeah, that would explain a LOT of things. Hey, if you need gas, don't let me stop you. But there are better places to get it.

This employee refused me gas because of discrimination and racism. First her name was Juana then Nelly. She is a liar needs to be fired. Just set the gas pump. She lies and doesn't set it for you to come back in 11 times and she tired to make it seem it's my fault . She never set the pump then gave me my money back because of racial profiling. Not cool. I hope you get fired "nelly" "Juana" what a liar you are. Go work else where you wasted 15 mins of my time and no gas. had to go to another gas station because of her selfishness and refusal . She may be drunk to be honest definitely concerned for her behavior. I called corporate and good job lady for offending anyone who comes in to get gas paying cash. They have gas she just refused to set the pump wasted my time and never set the pump but made me walk back and forth I think 10 tiems and wait over and oevr in between customers. F, 0/10 worst experience for a gas station yet. Refusal to set a gas pump is a new level of pettiness and just imaturity. this Latina lady is like 55 years old short and fat. She is just jealous. Again, being mean to your customers won't improve your image. She looks disheveled. Again back to the alcohol in the job- bathroom breaks etc When I was leaving another rude worker of this store blocked the exit and stood there all stupid and started to argue and talk and run her mouth. Great store you got here... wow. Catty. Nasty! Rude. the employee freaked out over $100 said no gas and said no change (lies) they have change. So you have a vendetta with someone for paying with $100 cash to buy $50 of gas? Bizarre. And quite frankly, unacceptable . For a gas station wow! Very rude behavior no customer service just rude ladies here

The cashier handed me the receipt folded up (which was strange) I stepped outside and looked at my receipt and there was 14.00 extra dollars of stuff on my receipt. When I went back in the cashier apologized and had to grab what was on the receipt to take it off, he grabbed exactly what was "accidentally" on there. It was already in a bag in the back of the store. He then gave me cash back for the items. So be careful going to this location, I'm sure this was not a mistake and the cashier is having customers buy the items he wants.
