The guy behind the counter seems to have a problem with helping African American customers, or maybe other people of color. I watched how he treated certain customers, myself included. Customers of color, he laid their lottery tickets and change on the counter. Others, he politely handed it to them. I said good morning upon entering, he said nothing. No type of quality customer service at all. No greeting customers of color and no thank you, have a nice day. Just Close The Store! Or, Change Owners... Nope, will not spend another penny there. They are busting their ass back there taking care of the drive through and the walk ins. Credit to the the staff but with rite aid going down and all those customers transferring to Walgreens it's a lot on their plate. But they always have a smile on their face and are always willing to help. Walgreens needs to step up and invest in staffing to help these young workers out.

Then the guy with his due rag or beanie gets all angry telling me they don't take EBT. The sweet girl realized they messed up by taking the sign down and causing the confusion and said I could just take the iced coffee that I sat around to wait for since their machine was down. The guy throws some attitude and gets angry at her telling her not to give it to me. I double check.. "No?" Him.... "no" shaking his head... they'd rather throw it away. Or keep it for themselves. They have always been polite to customers from what I have seen and are good about checking ID for cigarettes which is good, I hate when I see a kid buying cigarettes and no one cards them. Wrong, she realized her mistake, but no apology or anything. Today, I asked for 2 tickets by number and she handed me the wrong ticket. I didn't realize it until I paid and ready to walk out. I addressed it by wanting to exchange it for the more expensive ticket that I originally asked her for. She would not exchange the ticket. It was her mistake. Again, no apology or anything, but a careless attitude. She totally convinced me not to return to their store. No problem!! Terrible Customer Service! This is the absolute worst ARCO I have ever visited.
