The coupons were sent to me from Marlboro. She kept rattling on I some form of broken English and I told her I couldn't understand her. I can appreciate people speaking Spanish, but in the US, you should be fluent in English. She was very nasty about it. I told her she should be more polite when she refuses someone and not be so nasty. I have been in this station multiple times a week for almost a year since I moved to this area. I will not shop here again. Nasty/rude is not good customer service!

He was very friendly and had such a happy tone to his voice. Idk, maybe he was experiencing a good day so far and it showed. And it definitely started my day off on a positive. Share your happiness. I stopped for gas and unfortunately discovered it was not my near empty tank that caused hesitation on the start but, rather a dead battery. Thankfully my husband is on his way home and is on his way to jump me. As I sit-hood open, trunk open, drivers door open trying to make the best out of my wait-I look up and am greeted by the attendant. Attendant: Is something wrong? Me: yes, my battery's dead. Attendant: ok, well your blocking the pumps-can you move it? Me: I pan the empty pumps beside me (ALL 15 of them) then I stare at her. Pondering the fact that I just told her my battery is dead. I mean, I know better these days than to expect an offer of assistance with my car or cold water or even refuge inside away from the 90 degree heat but, c'mon! I've included a picture to illustrate the clear disruption I was causing. Know that I will NEVER again be such an inconvenience to this establishment. Oh-and this After I put $52 of gas in my tank! I miss yesteryear-I miss human kindness. This is why you should appreciate it when you find it-it's a rare thing these days-almost as rare as common sense.

This employee refused me gas because of discrimination and racism. First her name was Juana then Nelly. She is a liar needs to be fired. Just set the gas pump. She lies and doesn't set it for you to come back in 11 times and she tired to make it seem it's my fault . She never set the pump then gave me my money back because of racial profiling. Not cool. I hope you get fired "nelly" "Juana" what a liar you are. Go work else where you wasted 15 mins of my time and no gas. had to go to another gas station because of her selfishness and refusal . She may be drunk to be honest definitely concerned for her behavior. I called corporate and good job lady for offending anyone who comes in to get gas paying cash. They have gas she just refused to set the pump wasted my time and never set the pump but made me walk back and forth I think 10 tiems and wait over and oevr in between customers. F, 0/10 worst experience for a gas station yet. Refusal to set a gas pump is a new level of pettiness and just imaturity. this Latina lady is like 55 years old short and fat. She is just jealous. Again, being mean to your customers won't improve your image. She looks disheveled. Again back to the alcohol in the job- bathroom breaks etc When I was leaving another rude worker of this store blocked the exit and stood there all stupid and started to argue and talk and run her mouth. Great store you got here... wow. Catty. Nasty! Rude. the employee freaked out over $100 said no gas and said no change (lies) they have change. So you have a vendetta with someone for paying with $100 cash to buy $50 of gas? Bizarre. And quite frankly, unacceptable . For a gas station wow! Very rude behavior no customer service just rude ladies here

The cashier handed me the receipt folded up (which was strange) I stepped outside and looked at my receipt and there was 14.00 extra dollars of stuff on my receipt. When I went back in the cashier apologized and had to grab what was on the receipt to take it off, he grabbed exactly what was "accidentally" on there. It was already in a bag in the back of the store. He then gave me cash back for the items. So be careful going to this location, I'm sure this was not a mistake and the cashier is having customers buy the items he wants.
