The car wash has vulgar writing all over it. When we actually drive the car in, the machine is terrible we had to go back and forth before it alerted us to stop. The dryer doesn't dry at all like left full of water it was only on for 30 sec. Store definitely needs maintenance. I don't feel safe at all. read more

I've been coming to this location for a very long time. Finally, they have an employee that is worth a damn. Good job AJ.

Since the new management change it is not as good. Before they were great and very responsive and very clean. When like 4 or 5 people left it went downhill. I waited to post this for a few months to see if it was just a new staff thing, not the case. 1 dude There is pretty good. He is fast, friendly and definitely customer focused and a problem solver. Others there seem not to care about anything not even their paychecks. Sad this place was amazing for this type of business. read more

The customer service at every single Circle K is the worst in the convenience industry. Customers pay a premium for this kind of purchase. Is it too much to expect basic manners and a thank you? It's hit and miss. I give a pass at times because you never know what someone may be going through. However if they can treat the young cute person before me and treat me rudely then that's wrong. Honestly so rude. White old lady with bun had the worst customer service. Like why do you work where you work if you hate it. I needed to use the bathroom after being on the road for so long. I pumped gas there and I usually pump gas from this company but the way this lady was was ridiculous. If the bathroom is closed put a fucking sign and don't be so rude. read more

Okay. So a lot of us waited for over a month for the car wash machinery to be replaced. Then......Yeah! It's open! So I buy the best and most expensive wash as I did before the brand new and "better" car wash. Things go fine during the wash cycle. Then it's time for the dry. Hmmm. Where are the blowers?? Look up! They are built into the same part that sprays water in your car! So as the mechanism "blows" (no pun intended) it continually drips water all over your car from one end to the other ruining the wash you just paid for with white water spots from one end to the other. Conclusion? Total FAILURE! I will not go back to waste my money again which also means I won't be buying their high priced gas. Be careful what you wish for. In defense of Circle K they should sue the heck out of the car wash manufacture. It's not a matter of adjustment it's a design flaw. But, not my problem. I won't be back and I suspect many other people will make the same choice. I wouldn't use that new car wash if it was free! read more

This review is for gas prices and car wash DO NOT EVEN BOTHER WITH THUS CAR WASH! I pulled in to get a fill up and a car wash. While filling up I was surprised that there is no discount in gas with a car wash. Something that is common and almost industry standard to give a fuel discount whit a fill up. I purchased the premium wash for 11.00$. When I used the car wash I was more than disappointed. I immediately noticed that the soap was turned way down. It did nothing for my back window. I let the car wash do its job. Once out I inspected. And confirmed that this was the worst car wash to date. Car was not clean, the drying system is automatic and did not even come close to drying me. read more

Wow! I just had the best experience walking into this Circle K thanks to Anne! She greeted me as if though I were some special vip customer! Lol.. she told me all about their different coffee they serve, prices and which cups to use for which coffee so I don't get overcharged. She had such great energy and she even sang to me! Haha! Misty and Karin were super cool and Karin was super funny! They were singing and brought such good energy to my less than energetic day before I hit the gym with my coffee in hand! I will definitely be back! Coffee was really good too! Bring your own cup and get coffee for just 99cents! Just what I needed before my workout..the coffee helped too! Lol read more

THE WORST SERVICE EVER. Funny story, my son turned "21" today and legally was able to buy alcohol. The store attendant (older Asian gentleman) denied my son the ability from buying alcohol even after providing his ID. The attendant said to come back tomorrow, "what the fudge?!?!?!? Staff was passive on customer service. Didn't know how to use the Mobil rewards card in order for the customer to collect or use points. The guy behind the counter asked for help and one employee gave him direction but still couldn't do it. He basically told me he didn't know how to scan the card and didn't ask for further help. I felt like I was holding up the line so I just paid without getting my points. Annoying. Everyone should be trained properly. I was also forewarned not to use my credit/debit card at the pumps here because of fraud happening. read more
