did not set the gas pump but made me walk out 7 times. One employee needs to be fired. She argued with me that I did not put the gas pump out and went outside but refused to look around the car. The mom dad and child behind me told her yes the pump is back. This employee refused me gas because of discrimination and racism. First her name was Juana then Nelly. She is a liar needs to be fired. Just set the gas pump. She lies and doesn't set it for you to come back in 11 times and she tired to make it seem it's my fault . She never set the pump then gave me my money back because of racial profiling. Not cool. I hope you get fired "nelly" "Juana" what a liar you are. She may be drunk to be honest definitely concerned for her behavior. I called corporate and good job lady for offending anyone who comes in to get gas paying cash. Again back to the alcohol in the job- bathroom breaks etc When I was leaving another rude worker of this store blocked the exit and stood there all stupid and started to argue and talk and run her mouth. I went to the chevron this morning and got a pack of smokes and two bags of ice, when the cashier rang me up it was 25.00 I didn't think much of it so I swiped my card, then he asked me if I wanted a receipt and I said yes cause I wanted to see how much everything was. The cashier handed me the receipt folded up (which was strange) I stepped outside and looked at my receipt and there was 14.00 extra dollars of stuff on my receipt. When I went back in the cashier apologized and had to grab what was on the receipt to take it off, he grabbed exactly what was "accidentally" on there. It was already in a bag in the back of the store. He then gave me cash back for the items. So be careful going to this location, I'm sure this was not a mistake and the cashier is having customers buy the items he wants. read more

I always use to go to this gas station never had a problem. Today I went and use apple pay and told the cashier put $50 on #11 and when I went to put gas it wouldn't work. I went in and told the cashier and she said she had put the money on Pump one because I said so and I said I did not tell you to put it on pump one I told you number 11. She started yelling and said that she's been working there for seven years and I told her pump one and she continue arguing with me very rude!!! How can you have a person by the name of the Mel work there and be so rude with your customers. I was very Nervous by the way she was talking to me it's not the way you should treat anyone. She continued to say she hated this damn place that she was working for. There is nice people the girl by the name of Lisa which is your assistant manager help me and resolve the issue, meanwhile she came outside and started screaming again. I was shocked by the way she carried herself as a representative for Chevron.This will be the last time I will put gas on my car here for sure. read more

I have been going to this gas station since I moved to Lake Elsinore in August 1st 1989. Ashley the new manager,is the BEST manager WE HAVE EVER HAD HERE! Ashley keeps this station spotless, she is courteous and she knows the products she sells. BARBARA CHO, the AM cashier is almost a legend in Lake Elsinore because she is about CUSTOMER SERVICE I'm fairly certain that 90% of your customers get their morning coffee here just to see BARBARA and get their morning off to a good start! I have never been to a gas station with such a rude attendant (I believe her name is Yolanda "Yoli"). It's happened so many times before with this lady being rude or seeming pissed off, and I always chalked it up to oh maybe she's having a bad day, but this time it was a special kind of BAD. It was not busy at all, it's 10am during a Wednesday, you'd think she'd at least greet you when you're saying hello. No matter what question I asked she spoke to me like if I were a bother or st*pid. With her behavior she made believe she doesn't like to work here at all-I think the owners should really put her out of her misery. Remember this is one of the most expensive gas stations in Elsinore, you'd think they'd have better staff and would want your business. With this attendant the owners make me believe they really don't like my service since I'm such a bother. read more

My card was charged 500$ yesterday after getting gas here. Don't get gas here unless you pay with only cash. Ive read the fraudulent charge reviews here about this place for some time now. I forgot about it though and in a hurry I used my card for gas. For this gas station to have continued issues with people having problems with their cards being stolen it really only points to one thing. Credit card thieves are not just continuously showing up at this same station and then just somehow not getting caught. Its likely someone who works there. shame on them for not figuring out how to protect their customers. read more

Do not put gas here. I have been hit with Credit card fraud. Not just once but 2 times lost almost $1000. Will never go her again.

6 weeks ago by husband got gas here. The next day we got hit with 3 $300 charges from a Chevron in Orange Co. Had to close out credit card. It was big hassle because I had a lot of thing auto bill to that card. My husband did not get gas there for a month. He got gas there again 2 weeks ago & Thursday we got hit with fraud again. Maybe a consequence??? I mentioned a checker at Stater Bros (right across the street), that I was using a new card & hoped it was going to work, because I had just been hit with fraud again. She asked if I knew where I was hit. I told her & she said that I wasn't the only one. Several different customers had told her that they were hit at that Chevron & the one on Newport Road. We won't be getting gas there again, unless we read in the paper someone got caught. I am not implying that the owner has anything to do with this & I feel bad for him, but someone has to be putting a card reader in one of the pumps. read more
