The staff member who took our order at the counter was great and answered our questions and she kept checking on us after she brought our food out, which made it feel even more friendly than just regular counter service. We all really enjoyed our burgers and sausages, and the fries and onion rings were delicious (a little battered with nice seasoning). With Fries and onions you get to choose your dipping sauce-garlic aioli was fun. It had plenty of parking, and had a casual ambience with great music and good seating inside and outside. Great selection of beer and non- alcoholic beer, as well as fountain drinks. Definitely recommend this fun little spot!

If I hadn't been so tired after I got home, I would have gone back through the drive-thru to return the wings, which I am sure were at least a couple of days old! Totally old-tasting and just gross! Additionally, I tried the funnel cake for the first (and last time) as well. That even tasted old - and it was very greasy! I am not sure if there is new management or someone in the kitchen just decided to give a customer old wings (perhaps the whole batch of wings was just bad) and day-old funnel cake! I am just not sure, but this was not an example of good customer service. I haven't been back to this Zaxby's since and not sure if I will return.

We tried 3 of their chicken salad offerings: Classic, Lemon Basil and Fancy Fran and I am happy to say that all 3 passed the picky eater test. Prices seem reasonable for what you get.
