Circle k AT 1900N SCOTTSDALE This is a fairly new site and the inside of the store looks fine but the outside is dirty. The trash cans at the pumps are always overflowing and the surrounding property has alot of trash on the ground. It seems as if no one cares about the store and it shows clearly. I drive a truck for a living and I frequent alot of circle k stores and this one is quickly becoming one of the dirtiest. I like my circle k stores become on people let's get it together. read more

I just left the store 10 minutes ago and purchased this Italian sub they say that they're fresh sandwiches but this one had wet soggy bread and the meat still had ice crystals in it not to mention the wilted lettuce and crystallized tomatoes definitely not worth $7 read more

The older male needs to work on people skills. I'm not sure why he's always upset or angry a lot and tosses things in bags as well as money like your an inconvenience for him. Literally wearing headphones while dealing with customers. I asked why he throws money like that? This review is about the one person I see the most when I go to this Circle K. Kathy aka Mama is the sweetest lady. She's friendly, funny and always smiling. She's got a big personality that I love and that keeps me coming back over and over again. I usually go to Circle K every other day or so. Today I went at 1:57 am July 27, 2019, and I bought donuts,3 drinks, One Slim Jim, three bags of chips, and some goldfish. The chips and drinks were fine. 1st Place the customer service is NEVER this bad there is this old man who's in this mood, I asked him were the slim Jim is and he just looked at me. I have never seen such terrible customer service. 2nd I bought old doughnuts that expire the 19th, I took a bite it was super hard. I looked at the expiration date and it is 8 days old that is not okay and it made my tongue feel very uncomfortable. I am super disappointed and shook hopefully no one will have to experience what I did. read more

Friendly staff, which is pretty unusual from a grab'n'go kind of place, but the folks running this store seem to take ownership of the place and treat you very nice, trying to accommodate you in every manner. It's amazing how many rude people there are in the world, and I think the worst comes out in places like this because everyone is always in a hurry! Staff included. I guess I'm getting old, and my pace is a bit slower than it used to be, but I realize also, that I tend to have a better outcome when approaching life with kindness, and a little patience. I say this because in my few visits here, I see that these people get it, and I appreciate the customer service here! Not always the cleanest; not always have what I want, but I don't have a lot of expectations from a tiny market with a small stock room. Most people are used to these big box stores that have everything and anything you'll ever need, and multiple check-out counters...here, it's local and fast. 4 Stars for effort and friendly, helpful staff! read more

The manager (from previous post) wasn't "almost angry", he was downright screaming as I was apologizing while my friend was in the restroom. Apparently someone had let my friend use the restroom previously (a couple weeks prior as we were in town filming some commercials) and since he knew where it was he motioned to the clerk he would be using it. Meanwhile I was grabbing waters/beverages/snacks for our crew when the manager starting screaming in a store full of people. He was terrifying. So I set everything down and we left. There needs to be some serious sensitivity training and customer service issues resolved with that man who claimed to be the manager. read more

I come here because of the proximity to my house. I don't like to ask for handouts, but I was happy when Circle K corporate offered free beverages for healthcare workers. I was going to get a free coffee before heading to the hospital. When I got there and showed my badge the guy laughed at me for thinking I had the audacity to request a free drink even though I wasn't a doctor. I have a doctorate degree in another field and work closely with covid patients. Pretty disrespectful. read more

This is the worst establishment on the planet. Do not go here i repeat... Do not go here! Rosa the cashier that works morning is a terrible person. I've gone here probably every day the last year, mostly in the evening after 11pm and never had a problem. I also use the propane tank exchange they offer her thru AmeriGas several times a month, also with no issues. . Last night after we got home from swapping out our tank we noticed it was leaking from the release valve. I'm not a expert on propane gas so rather than attempt to fix myself I came back to return the leaky tank for one that worked.. Rosa was rude from The start and refused to switch out the tank without a receipt. Never have I been given a receipt from circle k. She Basically called me a liar and refused to call the night guy to confirm he sold us the tank. however the tank was full and a quick call to confirm was all she needed to do but refused . I called AmeriGas explained the problem with the tank, amerigas then called the store and told rosa to make the switch and it would be of no consequence to circle k. AmeriGas called me informed me to go back to circle k to make the switch. When I walked into Circle K and asked Rosa if they had called she said yes but she still was not going to switch the tank out. There's absolutely no reason for her to not switch a tank that I paid for that could not be used, one that AmeriGas Took the responsibility of covering. Rosa said she called her manager Luis and told him she had been working for hours and we didn't buy propane. This inaccuracy could have been easily fixed by calling the night worker to confirm, checking night sales, or pulling video. I guess the loss of switching a full AmeriGas tank for a full ameriGas tank, approved by AmeriGas was much greater than the loss of my business 7 nights a week. Do not go here not only does Rosa have no people skills but her lack of customer service is a terrible reflection on circle k and those they hire. I will never enter a circle k again and clearly from this experience they don't care either way. However, if you find yourself needing propane, coffee or a candy bar save yourself from what would most likey would be a terrible experience and go to QT instead 30th street Indian school they value your patronage read more
