Went in to get gas just a few minutes ago. Young man with dreadlocks was actually sitting on the counter scrolling through his phone with his back towards the door. Never made eye contact with me while instructing me on how to use the automated machine to pay for my gas. As I thanked him (for nothing) while leaving the store I wasn't even acknowledged. I normally wouldn't leave a review, but this was completely unprofessional as well as unsafe, and I saw him do it to several customers after me. This generation has to learn and I feel like his manager needs to be made aware. read more

On two occasions, I've pulled into this gas station low on gas only to be told that they cannot provide me service at the moment (I was paying cash) because they were counting the money for the evening. As noted, that happened to me TWICE. Today, I pulled in for gas, nervous that I might run into the "counting" issue a third time. However, we live in an era where other Circle Ks have a kiosk that allows one to pay cash for gas without interacting with the dolts behind the counter. I was hoping I could do that here. Sadly, the kiosk at this Circle K is not set up to take gas orders, meaning I was forced to interact with the knuckleheads behind the counter. I handed the man a $50 bill, saying I wanted $35 in gas. He fumbled around, finally managing to get the cash register open after about a minute and a half. Smiling proudly, he said, "Your change is $9," and handed me a wad of crumpled bills. I'm no math major, but even I know that $35 out of $50 is a difference of $15. After I pointed this out, he sheepishly took the cash back and returned to fumbling with the cash register. After a wait, he finally gave me $15 in change and a receipt. However, the receipt showed the previous customer's bag of chips! Obviously, the receipt was worthless for business and record-keeping purposes, so I just left it on the counter, returning to the pump with the intention of having the pump print out the receipt. Sadly, when I had finished pumping the gas, the machine instructed me to go back inside for the receipt. There is just no winning with this place. read more

This is probably the worst Circle K I've been to and most are decent. The floor was very dirty and the place wasn't well stocked. Prices appeared higher than usual. There were no prices on many items. I had to check with the clerk. The clerk, Ziad(on his name tag), was very unkemptly dressed and mumbled alot. I bought a burrito for $1.69. The first side entry door I tried was also locked so I had to walk around to the next door which was annoying. Not recommended. read more

The worst circle K in Az! And most of the time when this rep is working. After a good 10 minutes in line When I get to the check out I ask the rep at the counter if the rep mopping always leaves him hanging when the store is full of patrons and he said "yea, she loves to mop, she always is mopping" I guess corporate knows there aren't any other convenience stores near that intersection so they can have what ever F grade associates they want. read more

All I have to say is, if you go to this gas station, get in and get out. And don't look at anyone in the eyes! I witnessed this gas station getting robbed! Ok, so it was just a "beer run" (this guy went to the beer case, then RAN out the door) ... but I had more than my share of excitement for the day. read more

I attempted to buy my alcohol like I do every so often from this exact circle K. My friend who is from California came with me. We were paying on separate transactions. His ID was still vertical but still an active ID as he is from California that doesn't have the law about vertical ID's. He was denied his purchase of alcohol. He said whatever he didn't need it. When I walked up to make my purchase he told me he couldn't process my transaction either because his ID wasn't horizontal. Keep in mind my friend is 22 almost 23. We said forget it and walked back to our apartment. I came back with my boyfriend since we both have horizontal id's and we were still denied the purchase of alcohol. We were told we would not be able to purchase alcohol today since my friend from earlier had an id they couldn't accept. Not that he wasn't of legal age, but his id wasn't acceptable.His exact words were "i can't sell you alcohol today, come back tomorrow. So a different day suddenly changes our ID's? The funniest thing about it all is my friend has bought alcohol from this exact circle k on different days. read more

Not sure which one of the 3 employees it was when we walked in, but someone needs to learn the use of deodorant. There was no customers present. The second i walked in the whole place reeked of b.o.! I couldnt stand it, made my eyes water. i am appalled that in a nice neighborhood like arcadia someone can not get basic hygiene! read more

My experience with this location has left me in disgust! I came here to use the restroom and when I got in there I was in horror.. It looked like it would be a scene in the exorcist. It looked like someone went crazy and started ripping at the paper toilet seat covers, there was toilet paper everywhere on the ground, the garbage can had tampon wrappers and poopy toilet paper sticking out of it, and the paper towel dispenser was empty. Staff was not helpful at all. This station is hard to get to unless your going south on 44th st it's a busy intersection. Kind of an odd location with the office building above it as well. Not enough gas pumps but there is more parking than a lot if Gas stations. I go down the street to that station in Indian school. Easier to get to and it's clean staff friendly and cool. read more

Getting a fresh banana that is not overripe with brown spots all over is an act of congress! The manager refuses to put out yellow bananas unless all the ones with brown spots have been purchased. I asked an employee just today if they had any fresh ones and was told the manager made her put the overripe ones out, which were bruised and had started turning brown at the tips, gross!! read more

Home of the hottest circle k girl ever. No joke. I've been going to this location for years and it was always ok. The older ladies are kind of rude and the coffee isn't great. But Taylor is a sweetheart and will 100% make your day. Location improved ten fold with her being there. Worth skipping the new location to have your day made by her. 5 stars now.
