This is the cleanest convenience store I have ever been in. Someone always greets you, and an employee is always mopping when I'm there. The gas stations outside are super spacious and also clean. Even the bathrooms are clean. It's in a sketchy part of town, but I feel safe at this one regardless. The salads are great and they have a cook to make hot delicious food. You can place customized orders 24 hours from pizzas to hot breakfast sandwiches. I have been coming to this location for years and will always come back. read more

I love the "hi" and "bye" when you enter and exit the store; not because I feel welcomed, particularly, but because I appreciate the business model and human psychology behind it*... it's a prime example of GREAT leadership and well-thought out business practices coming to fruition. Also, there are always cops there (which I think is a great thing), it's very well-lit, and it always pretty well-stocked. I also really love the ice selection (one of which, in a certain part of Texas, is called "Snowman poop". Seriously. Denton, Texas.) And, Thomas, it means QuikTrip. Customer service was really rude, all 3 that I interacted with. And all 3 of their flavored unsweetened tea options were out. I asked how often they remake them, and the man told me as soon as they run out, but when I said they were out and when they would be refilled he said he's not sure how long it takes. I was willing to wait if it was less than 10 min, but he didn't respond in a kind way, so I left. Customer service is important, but not here. read more

I so know what Thomas means the best thing about this QT or any for that matter, is the customer service and large bays. They have very attuned staff that are trained to be fast and efficient and nice. I have had so many bad experiences at gas stations I just dread going inside any at all. But QT has made a point to create a higher standard and make all their locations large and efficient. Don't try the subs though I had one at the QT on Osborn and 3rd Ave and it was awful. read more

Their frozen drinks carried me through last summer. They have free air (for your tires) and water (for the radiator) at every location I've ever been to. Their hot sandwiches, though greasy, aren't TOO greasy and actually taste like food. The coffee is pretty good, and they have more ways to tart it up than Starbucks does. QT frickin' rocks. Being new to area, I have been to several QT locations throughout the metro and notably this location more than a few times recently. Very very impressed! Always clean, with sharp and snappy staff members. Definitely not what you would expect. The funny thing is, on one occasion I had a smoked sausage with mustard and everything.. I must say, it was awesome! It's unreal how they have such a great selection of good ready to go food inside such a dogs, sausage, pizza, taquerias things like this. QT has basically mastered the art of the convenience store. They are always clean, fully staffed, and have a huge selection compared to other chains. There is a wall of every kind of gum and candy one could imagine, and just to indulge, they not only allow, but encourage the mixing of frozen drinks and sodas...yum I also like the "crowd" system that they use at the checkout. Instead of forming a single file line that snakes through the floor, the customers waiting for the checkout just gather near the register as the cashier handles them two (at least) at a time. If there's one thing I like to do, it's start my morning off with an old fashioned! QTs donuts are by far the best I've had - particularly the old fashioned. I'd tell you to try one, but that means you'd probably be the dick that takes the last one so there is none left for me. So...try another type! This has long been a favorite stop. Unfortunately, after an awful experience with the person working the kitchen over Memorial Day Weekend, we will be looking for quick food alternatives going forward. We ordered two personal pizzas. The cook made one, then made some other orders, then finally got around to making our other one fifteen minutes later. To top it off, when my wife pointed out that she missed some ingredients (which she did), the cook began arguing with her rather than just correcting the problem. QT has a great reputation for hiring and training, but they completely failed on this one. Hope they rectify this bad hire quickly before the whole place goes down hill. read more

What a joke this place has become. I walk in at 6am on a Tuesday morning. There's a guy at the coffee station draining 3 coffee urns. The other urns are all empty. I ask him, do you have any coffee. He answers, it's brewing now, you just have to wait. I guess he is confused about the concept of a convenience store. So I head over to the cold case to get a V8 juice. All they have is Spicy Hot V8 and about 8 other V8 branded carbonated juices. However, none of the original. This is the third time this has happened. This used to be an awesome store. read more

This review can be applied to any and all Quick Trip locations. I have, on many occasions, gone out of my way to stop in QT over other gas stations, because not only are they much much nicer, but they are very clean and offer a ton of gas station fare (drinks, shakes, coffees, juices, snacks, etc). I really appreciate how quickly they work, with cashier's that are able to take care of two customers at once. I usually abhor using gas station bathrooms because, let's face it, we've all been there and seen how putrid they can be, but whenever I visit QT they are always clean! They mop, sweep, clean the bathrooms, windex the doors...and for that I applaud you all, thanks for the cleanliness:D read more

TO start off i love QT. I was around for the starting of Quick Trip as it was orginally name. I love the size the general service and the overall selection but one thing in the past couple of days that has caused me to give QT a 4star. Why dont they carry the Tiger or G8 gatorade in 32oz cont........ Honestly, i go into the drink i spend $50 on gas and all i want is a non-sugary sports drinks. Well non sugary eliminates Powerade, regular gatorade and most the others. If i want to spend $2.50 on Vitiamin Water i could but NO i want a Tiger. Well you can only have it in a 12oz bottle.. Hell i can drink 12 oz is in 12 secs. PLEASE GIVE ME 32oz..i need it read more
