The wait time was appropriate as it was around one in the morning. The two employees were incredibly kind despite working such terrible hours, and my boyfriend and I agreed that it was the best Jack in the Box we had ever had. The food was so fresh and so well put together that I saw it incredibly fit to write a review. I think that far too often we expect these workers who are working terrible and long hours to bend to our every need when they are people too. Eat here!! If management sees this, I went around 1am on Thursday. Please give these workers some sort of compensation.

Our server Emma could not have been sweeter or more attentive and the food was served hot & delicious. We split two chicken enchiladas and a large side of beans and a small side of rice. The menu is varied, but very similar to a Mexican Restaurant. It's also a great Sports Bar with over a dozen giant screen TV's carrying a variety of games. The bar is busy and the Vibe is amazing. Something this area has definitely been lacking. We look forward to coming back and sampling other dishes. (Also shout out to to Andrew who took our reservation and made sure we had a preferred booth. )

I fight myself to say okay let's eat. I rushed to BK near my house and man I felt bad knowing ten minutes they close... but I was hungry. I see the young guy just finishing up cleaning and hear the lady say welcome to BK how can I help you... her tone was nice but I knew she was like man! lol... nevertheless I order and pull up to the window. I see she tired but she still remains nice. I tell her I did not want to be that ONE that does this but I was so hungry and she smiled and said no worries and kindly said it be a bit as we need to drop fries as we had just clean up.. I told her I understand. I was like if my food comes out smash I am sooo okay with it as I felt so bad but it was nice and hot, taste fresh and never did I get the feeling of anger out of them. So thanks to both of those workers as I appreciate your kindness and hard-work to feed me and remain professional. I hope you know that your kindness made my food taste better and I will not forget your guys efforts to show respect. Please know I ain't going to do that again because I know it takes time to re-clean.

They barely put any eggs in the bowl, and on multiple occasions I've gotten what amounts to basically ONE chicken nugget worth of chicken. The hash browns are also soggy about half the time instead of being fresh and crispy like they should be. I've brought these issues to their attention multiple times, yet they continue to happen. At this point, I genuinely don't understand it. Does Chick-fil-A not have a standard recipe, portion guide, or quality standard employees are supposed to follow when preparing these orders? When you're paying full price, you should receive a reasonable portion of chicken, the proper amount of ingredients, and hash browns that are actually fresh. Customers shouldn't have to inspect their food every single time just to make sure they received what they paid for. The inconsistency at this location really needs to be addressed.
