Employee at the counter was telling a deliveryman where to put items in boxes. Employee never made eye contact even though I was literally 2 feet away. I said, "I'd like to buy some scratch-offs, please." No response. He walked off with the deliveryman showing him where to put items in a box. A man walked in and asked for the restroom key and he immediately handed it to him. Employee returned to the counter, never making eye contact nor speaking to me. I repeated my request telling him how many and which scratch-off. He said $6. I handed him $11. He looked at me and said loudly "IT IS $6." I said, I know, I want a $5 bill back and not $1's.
