There are only about 7 aisles and it can get fairly crowded, especially with many residents, guests and workers. The front of the store has some made to order food options including custom sandwiches, pre-maid sandwiches and fresh food including ahi tuna and chicken fingers. There is also a section across from the cash registers with a variety of wine. The other aisles have traditional grocery store items including snacks, candy, produce and a variety of drinks, which were located in the back. There's also a small section with Florida themed souvenirs and a variety of socks on your right when you enter the store. Like everything at Ocean Reef, Wynn's is fairly expensive. However, everything is of very good quality. I enjoyed my experience with most of the staff and found them to be generally very kind and helpful. I think it's so cute how they also have a scavenger hunt and loved that the first table was a spin-the-bottle. Very creative. The special prices for the wines were also a great touch along with tags describing the wines as, "old school," or "delicioso." The selection of wines in the store was just as impressive as the ones being showcased for the event. All in all, this is a great establishment that also holds wonderful events.

The problem is not the policy, the problem is that from the beginning the manage Jose seemed to have a problem, When my boyfriend approached him at the cash register he was giving him an attitude and seemed like he did not want to help. He then pointed at another lady to come and help us without even saying anything and walking away. What makes it even worse is that a couple with two small children bought a FULL cart of alcohol (in the photos) without being asked for IDs for everyone in their group. So clearly, the policy was not applied equally -- it was applied selectively, and it felt discriminatory. When I asked for the manager, which turned out to be Jose, He was smirking the entire time and made an unnecessary and inappropriate comment saying that while he "wasn't making assumptions," it was "clear that those are those peoples kids and that I wasn't my boyfriend's daughter." That comment was offensive and unprofessional. Their posted rule (photo included) says anyone who looks under 30 may be asked for ID. We are both well over that age and he obviously could tell we are the similar in age with his assumption. This situation had nothing to do with policy and everything to do with poor treatment and bias.
