I ordered my food online and the app said my meal should be ready in 4-7min. I paid with a card and I went thru the drive through line which took me an hour of sitting in line I gave them my name. And they told Me to pull into a numbered parking space which I waited another 20min. After being in line for now 1 hour and 20min. I went inside and gave my name again. The staff just told me my name was on the screen and they were working on it. I had literally waited over an hour for one burger I ordered through the mobile app and tried to pick up myself. I got in line at 745pm and I received my food at 9:15pm. The staff came out and stated she noticed my car had been sitting out there for a while and came to check to see what my order was. She went back inside and asked the staff to make my food on the fly.
