Between the new staff and the constant issues, this place feels nothing like it used to. The service has become consistently poor, and there's one employee in particular who is repeatedly rude. It's not a one-time thing--it's every interaction, and it's exhausting. What really crossed the line was when my toddler found and ate foreign particles in her breakfast bowl. Any parent knows that moment of panic--when your child suddenly reacts to something in their food, starts crying, and you have no idea what they just ate. It's scary, upsetting, and completely unacceptable. I reported it to customer service, and this location told me to email the manager. I did--and never heard a single word back. I followed up with customer service again and was given the same response, with no resolution. At this point, it's not just disappointing--it's unacceptable. My family used to come here every Saturday morning without fail, but that tradition is over. Thankfully, there's another location nearby that actually meets the standard, and it's absolutely worth the extra five-minute drive. Do better.

I place an order for a butter burger. That is it! When I got to the window to pay I got a ticket added to my window as I had to wait even longer to get my food. They ask you yo park in one of the 7-8 spaces dedicated to waiting for drive thru food. As I pulled forward every space was taken! Even a few parking illegally. This is a problem they really need to figure out as I will now hesitate to go to Culver's drive thru because it takes too long to get your food.

The guy that took our order was super chill and even gave recs for the spice level my group and I should get. All the food took about 10 mins to be prepared. We were able to grab a seat in the dining area while we waited. We got a variety of sliders, tenders, and fries. All the ingredients were fresh ingredients and the fries were crunchy and seasoned well. I appreciate that they don't skimp on the sauce if you need more. Glad Dave's are nationwide, bc this experience made me want to try them again.
