This Circle K was conveniently located near the 85 freeway. Lots of parking available and the gas pumps were plentiful and clean. The process was easy to obtain gas and the windshield fluid cleaner was available with decent wipers to use. The convenience store was well-maintained and the service was pretty good. this is arguably the best circle k in Charlotte. i will say that lately the grounds container at the coffee station has not been cleaned. I'll usually clean it myself but at what point do the employees take initiative to keep up with a popular item that's always sold? also they're always out of French vanilla or Carmel macchiato creamer. the associate Charlene always has something smart to say like "you know you could self check out" like I don't use it all the time as it is. like I said, I like the place but I can tell theres lack of care lately. read more

Very popular convenient store located at the same shopping center where Trader Joe's is. It's a Circle K... so your typical convenient store flare. There is a Redbox location here also, there used to be a Blimpie, but now it seems like it's all just a convenient store. There have been multiple times where I tried to use the carwash and it was either out of service or slammed. I think I just have bad luck. I would be careful here since this gas station is busy and people are running in to pay or get their red box movies. Some people peel out of here like there's no tomorrow so I try to spend as little time as possible in the parking lot for fear of getting hit. read more

This Circle K is very convenient because it's at the entrance of a community and right next to Trader Joe's which is my favorite. Also, this is the first one coming from the exit or going out from community. This is pretty new store so they have huge selection of every thing I would need like G for my ball game, coffee, beer etc. They also have a good seating area (I know right) inside/out. Flat screen 42" tv makes it perfect if you waiting on someone and just want to catch up on news. I stop by here all the time because it's convenient (24 hrs), very clean and friendly service. read more

There are hitches on the pump handles so you don't have to stand outside in uncomfortable weather and pump. However, it is common for several pumps to be out of order. This is usually a busy location that appears to be clean and safe. read more

I agree that the store is convenient to the highway and neighborhoods but if you actually need a receipt for gas purchase and don't want to wait in a long line inside - avoid this station. Management seems to be incapable of maintaining receipt tape at the pumps. I have stopped using this station since I end up going inside more than 50% of the time. Lines inside, like most service/convenience stores are long and slow. Other stations in the area are better maintained! read more

today 6/30/12 i went into the is circle k location that is across the street from my job. i go to this location everyday and most of the time all the employees are very polite and everyday i purchase cigarettes and beer after i get off work. well, today on my lunch break i went over to the store to get a pack of cigarettes and a beverage only this time i was up for a surprise. when i go to the counter to pay for my purchase the cashier was so rude to me. his name was buddy or at least that the only name he would give me... the same buddy that sold me cigars and cigarettes the night before, asked me to show my id, so i did only the ID i had in my wallet was expired to i went out to my car and got my up to date drivers license to show him only now he had a worse atitude and still would not except that ID to purchase my ciggs because there was a crack across the top of the card even though it was still a complete id that you could clearly see everything and all the info match not only the other ID but the card i was paying with that has my face pic on it. mind you this is the same guy that has sold me ciggs and beer and cigars numerous times before. so at this point i have gotten so mad i just left not realizing that i left behind the water bottle i brought in to fill up with ice. so after i went to the store down the street to get my cigarettes i had to go back to the circle k to get what i left and since i was going back and i had calmed down by then i decided to get one of the 79 cent drinks. when i get to the counter of coure Buddy was there and i asked him if i can have my container i left he replied to me " i through it away and if you want it you can dig through the trash and get it yourself" i have never been treated this way before and am just shocked and i had to let someone know so what better way then to right a review on google, call the corporate office,yelp, BBB, and anyone eles who will listen........ if you get good service you will tell 5 people if you get bad service you gonna scream it from the mountain tops.... read more
