It really made my day and my experience that much better. The super clerk on the floor was stocking away and helped me at the drop of a hat when I asked her a question. And the service at checkout came with nothing but smiles and promptness. It's a very bright and welcome location. I can't truly speak to the pharmacy personally, but my friend Art who I came in with used to get prescriptions here filled. He has come in for boosters and shots and it's been a smooth process though a wait for sure - even with an appointment. Due to a lack of staff in the pharmacy department it seems they get overwhelmed very often and unfortunately miss the mark, but they do try to keep up! As the brother of a pharmacy assistant + someone who gets prescriptions filled monthly I know it takes a lot even with a bigger staff to back you, but this Walgreen's does it ragtag style filling those orders. There wasn't much of a line when I walked by, but it did start to slowly build... Hopefully they can improve with time in pharmacy. Easy parking like you'd expect at any location as far as getting in and out of Walgreens itself, and being on the corner of 111 aka Palm Canyon Drive and Farrell Drive definitely helps (not a crazy traffic area most of the time).

Today I came in and spent too much time going through my phone and loading and uploading and moving pictures. And in the time I was here, several of the photo employees greeted me and made sure I had everything I needed. They were so friendly, and I felt super relaxed to take my time. I watched one employee talk with a customer in such a gentle way as he was helping her understand what it meant to have a family member upload a picture rather than taking a picture of a picture. It was so kind, and it's just those little acts of kindness that the world needs right now. I could tell the couple really appreciated him. Upon picking up my pictures, unprompted the employee scanned a code that gave me half off. I really appreciated that today. Thankful for this place.

Instead of addressing the overcharges, I was called to be gaslit, treated as ignorant, and lectured about medication regulations by a pharmacist who was not even a supervisor. She defended the unacceptable behavior of other CVS employees, ignored all proof of overcharges in my app, and refused to provide any resolution. This behavior is disrespectful, discriminatory, and unprofessional. CVS has wasted my time, ignored repeated complaints, and treated me as less than a customer because of my identity. I expect a full refund of every cent I was overcharged, and immediate action to ensure no other customer is treated this way. CVS: You make millions, but you cannot deny accountability for overcharging and discriminating against customers.
