My car was not parked because someone dropped me off to go inside. I was in the store for probably a total of 5 minutes tops. I don't know why I even bothered to buy anything after he spoke to me like that but the man who checked me out was SO KIND. He was about 25 years younger than Richard and 100 times more professional. Because of the location, there's not a lot of traffic around and no panhandlers or loiterers like at other stations off of I-10. I will not stop at a gas station if there are riff raff hanging around. My husband is firmly convinced that Shell is the best gasoline, and this conveniently nearby. My absolute favorite thing about this place is the orange tabby who has taken up residence at the store. He is always out front to greet customers, usually perched on the windowsill outside the store. I keep forgetting his name, but he would make a good mascot for Shell!

You can get some low price gas up here in Spring Branch when you come to this location. It's not as cheap as some of the locations like the one on the Katy freeway but it's still pretty good in this neighborhood. Murphy USA is usually cheaper, but sometimes they're comparably priced because HEB is one of the best of the rest.

This station has good hours and usually does a good job of keeping fluids for cleaning your windshield. You can pay at the pump or can pay the attendant. Having many pumps, you usually don't have to wait to get your gas. They also have a car wash, but it is usually a long wait to use. However, if you wait, it does a decent job. The negative about this location has to do with the pump upsell. They always try to get you to buy cleaner for the inside of your engine. They sell it by the day, month, or quarterly. Listening to the pitch gets old, real quickly! Will I return? If the price is right.

He said I'd be amazed with the results, I wasn't expecting perfection, but what I paid is expect better. In front of front tire this "paste" was left. He said it'd turn to powder and wipe off, it didn't and the parts that did left dark paint. The 2 doors are bumpy and the paint to fix it underneath is still visible. In front of the back tire, they tried to paint and the paint peeled off. He said he'd come back to buff it out. I ended up getting rid of the car.
