I'm not sure who their targeted clientele is, but they must be choppering in from the Cayman Islands and paying in gold bars. Jeesh! I was not impressed with this Walgreen's selection of drinks. They were lacking on bubbly water, and only had small bottles. The Nice! brand was inferior to the national brands. For example, the Nice! honey roasted peanuts hardly had any honey on them. Ugh. The clerk was nowhere to be seen when we attempted to check out. After laying all our items out at the register and waiting, she emerged from the back of the store, and opened a different register. We had to gather up all our things again, and head to the other register. Parking is easy here. There's a loop that goes all the way around the store. It's easy to get in and out of this parking lot, even with a huge vehicle.

I kept tracking it, and it was still at Walgreens. I told myself maybe there was a mistake. I showed up at the door on Sunday, and the package was where they left it when I dropped it off. I asked them why it was not picked up, and they did not have an answer for me. They just handed me the package back, and I left with no apology. This lack of accountability made me feel that my concerns were not taken seriously.

We parked and went inside and waited another 15 to be waited at the register - only two people were in line in front of us!! The pharm tech had difficulty locating the prescription and checked on name spelling several times. She then told us that insurance didn't cover, yet the doctors offices checked and was told that it did. We asked her to look at the transaction history and she stated that we paid cash and used a coupon previously. We absolutely did not do that. The prescription without insurance was going to cost $75. We opened Good Rx and we're able to get the scrip for about $30. Bottom line, it should not have taken 30 minutes of standing in line to pick up a single prescription that was filled and ready to go upon arrival. Also, at no point did the pharm tech ever suggest a way to lessen our cost (such as Good Rx or other coupons). Customer service and convenience is severely lacking.

Their sign can be easily seen from the roadway. This was the smallest CVS Pharmacy I have ever entered. The pharmacy was all the way at the back. The more important thing: the staff that work here: they're quick, knowledgeable, diligent, and have been incredibly ideal from the get go. The brains of this operation is Maily Vo, the lead pharmacist. She provides outstanding service and is not about wasting anyone's time. This place fills prescriptions within the same hour / day and they're so good about explaining how to utilize the drugs / devices. Despite crowds forming often here (#2), I'm really only here for a few minutes at a time due to their efficient work. The pharm techs that work here are also fabulous and friendly. Also, it's been a breeze scheduling shots here. I managed to score a flu shot as well as a COVID booster after scheduling everything online. The process went off without a hitch and I would do it again here in a heartbeat. No one likes being sick, but I always look forward to copping some serious drugs from here.
