Friday, 5/19/2026: I forgot to bring certain medications on this trip. My senioritis is bad! I emailed my doctor for an emergency prescription & she had it electronically sent to this pharmacy. I had to pay out of pocket, since it was off schedule. I called the pharmacy to ensure they could fill it & asked for the price which wasn't bad at only $14.99 for 35 pills. They texted me when it was ready for pickup. Their sign can be easily seen from the roadway. This was the smallest CVS Pharmacy I have ever entered. The pharmacy was all the way at the back. There was a very slight wait when a young lady came to help me. She was friendly & conversational. Such great Texas hospitality. It was quick & easy. I have used this location for years as our insurance plan limited us to CVS. As it is the nearest location to my house, this has worked out great. However, with all the road construction, new subdivisions being built, and the high traffic on Hwy 281 and Hwy 46, getting in and out has been less than easy. In most cases, I use the drive-through. But as the store gets more and more customers, long waits have become normal for using the drive-through. Customer service has run the gambit: from outstanding to poor. Over the years, it just depended on who was working at the time you showed up. One of the most positive things about using this CVS i having the product you need. In all the years we have used them, I don't ever remember them being out of stock. One of the things that needs improvement is their app. I would say that it works about 50% of the time. It's never ending with this CVS... There's always an issue, always out of stock. The lady working the drive through is nice though.

Absolutely worst Pharmacy in town. They will send you on a wild goose chase telling you when to come back and will never be ready. The "Kid" that runs this place is a joke! Get a grip and do your Job! Would have left a 0 star if I could save yourself the trouble of this clown show and go to HEB or somewhere down the street! read more

If only I could leave a zero!! I was in line at drive through two minutes till close. Drive up to window a minute till close. The attendant and manger say that they are closed and can't help me. They claim register shuts down at closing. REALLY!! I will never use CVS again!!! Now I have to wait almost a whole day to start my meds. This is such horrible customer service. read more

For the second time in the last couple of months I was told that a prescription my insurance covers was not covered. The first time after calling my insurance company and doctor I was told they ran it on the wrong insurance (I haven't changed insurance in the last 3 years-- I have no idea whose insurance they tried to run it on). This week again I was told a prescription was no longer covered under my insurance. When I asked her to double check, I got a lecture that my insurance could drop coverage at any time by the clerk. When I told her I was sure it was covered, I was told I would have to pay full price, or get the generic at full price which was slightly cheaper. Again, I wasted an hour or so calling my insurance company and checking on the CVS website-- sure enough, my medication was covered. The only explanation I was given was that they tried to run the generic which wasn't covered. I gave the clerk the name brand and she pulled up my file so should have known what to run. I have had all of my regular prescriptions on regular refills and suddenly I am not getting refill notifications. When i asked about this I was told "CVS broke the system you will just have to keep track and call yourself we don't know when it will be fixed." Today I called to refill a prescription and was told that the refill request was wrong. The clerk checked with her manager and said she could run it, insurance was approving it. About 10 minutes later then I got a call from Rebecca saying I was asking her to do something illegal. Not at all true, and her tone of voice was nasty and argumentative from the time I said hello. Everyone makes mistakes and has off days but 2 horrific experiences in 1 week makes me wonder what is going on at this CVS. We have been customers here since they opened and always appreciated their knowledge and kindness over the years. With the new druggist and team that is no longer our experience at this CVS. I asked Rebecca for her district manager's name because of the multiple problems and Rebecca's incredibly rude tone and she refused to give it to me. read more

Been going here since they opened. I go a lot for things we need or just a snack. No problems. They text me when meds are ready. I go pick them up. They usually have anything I need inside and no lines. .Of course a little more $ than Walmart but I get coupons and almost always get 2 or 5 $ off. Always clean. Pretty friendly. I try not to use public bathrooms. Especially where sick people go. read more
