I CANNOT EXPREASS THE ABSOLUTELY INSANE DEPRESSEING FRUSTRATING SITUATION WALMART HAS DONE TO ME . I HAVE USED WALMART for shopping on line for 5 years and no problem with my payments never once after thousands of dollars spent of on line delivery groceries' were there ever a problem NONE Feb 2 I put in a grocery order because I am disabled have cataracts and arthritis in my knees and spine I cant walk without a walker , I ask for delivery of groceries on my SS income .for some reason and no one can figure it out since Feb. 3 2026 my card (completely good with bank and 5 other companies amazon etc. my card is good } , but for some reason Walmart says it wont authorize my payment card , LONG STORY SHORT 22 days of trying to find out why Walmart wont take my card 8 attempts though Walmart customer service they cant find the problem . I'm upset after trying to work with Walmart to resolve the issue my blood pressure is high ,through 13 hours on the phone for 22 days contacting Walmart they keep saying the account issues have been escalated to "the tech team " . and the reference number is # 2063037307201450000 WHEN YOU CONTACT WALMART ON LINE CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY SAY WE CANT TALK WITH THE ESCALTING TEAM AND GET ANY UPDATES CALL BACK AAND SEE WHAT HAPPENS , After 22 days still nothing no one has an answer , this is after spending up to an hour and a half waiting in the queue for a super visor and they never come back to the phone and I finally hang up , this has happened at lest 4 times now . I finally after 8 tries with customer service tried everyway to resolve the issue from my end . AFTER CELARING WITH MY BANK Walmart admitted the issue was at their end , I have emails proving all these statements . Walmart advised taking my card out and putting it back in ...did that didnt help . It wouldn't allow me to take my card out . then they said lets put all your information back in again and see if that helps ...nothing helped so they said take your card out and reinstall see if that helps ??? nothing happened and it said " YOU CANNOT REMOVE YOUR CARD ENTER ANOTHER CARD 2ND CARD ... I ENTERD ANOTHER ACCOUNT CARD THROUH THE SAME BANK AND IT WOULDNT TAKE THAT CARD EITHER !!!!! after 22 days i was getting desperate and kept calling to see how my reference number updates were going as i have cataracts and arthritis in both knees and my spine bone on bone in both knees and cant drive . i can only eat with groceries delivered and no it wont take my card for no reason . so they said go delete your account and register back in using your same information or separate information ( printed out instructions ) after trying again it said i cant use that phone number because its already in Walmart's data base , so i called Walmart's customer service again for the 8th time and they said , too bad cause you have to wait 45 days now to wait till you can re- enter the phone number because it still remains in Walmart's data base .???? OMG now what ??? in the mean time i ran out of meds life saving meds from my cancer surgeries and i needed my prxs because i ran out now , my insurance called into Walmart pharmacy put in an emergency order till i can get to the Dr, not until June , and i wanted to have the scripts delivered BUT I CANT BECAUSE I DONT HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH WALMART !!! AND YOU CANT GET ONE FOR 45 DYAS TILL YOU PHONE NUMBER EVAPORATES IN THE SYSTEM . AT THIS POINT UI SAID WELL WHAT DO I DO NOW?? THEY SAID GET WOMEONE TO GO TO THE STORE FOR YOU AND GET YOUR PRXs. I cant pay for delivery because i don't have an account !! they told me to delete and try again .!! now i cant not only get my food but now i cant get my medical prxs. At this point im so desperate to get my meds that i am going to try and hire someone to get them for me , I'm just hoping that they accept my card at Walmart in person at check out since they wont accept it at on line account purchase . im paying a person to try this if it falls Im lost how to get my medications one is a blood thinner from my cancer treatments and a blood clot in my lung my BP meds for high blood pressure . I think i have run out of options ,if there's anyone that can advise me to resolve issues I would appreciate it . This Walmart is a bit different than others in the area. It seems that their selection in the clothing area is more ample. The value seems to be better in some areas. Very friendly and attentive employees. It seems that not all Walmarts are made the same. I would venture to say that we have found prices here in certain departments better than in other Walmarts. I would urge management to provide an area for seating as my wife and I come here and she gets tired of walking so we have to leave, sometimes without completing the shopping we would like to do. read more

To the young man employee that walked backwards into me because he was busy talking to blonde cashier. I thought I was fine but you absolutely rattled my body by pushing me into a cart. Was questioning the price of an item at the customer service desk. A manager came to review and left to check the price. As I waited for the manager's return, a line formed behind me. In that line was a Walmart Employee with a yellow vest in her arms. She yelled out to the customer service representative I was working with to tell me to move away so she could help someone else. Still the same rating as before, but I may be changing my opinion. I have uploaded some pictures I took of a competitor so I could see the difference in how the stores were set up. So take a look and make your own conclusions. I think Walmart gives a lot of selection, and they give a lot of space to the 2 areas I took pictures of (much of the rest of the store is the same way). I think the competitor is trying to force me to buy their own brand as they don't have much space on the national brand and they have it on the bottom and/or top shelves. I don't want to have to get on my knees or climb a ladder to shop for the items I want to purchase. Is it just me, or do you think similar to my opinion? read more

I am referring to the on line order dept. for groceries for pick up. I have been going to this store since the day it opened . Using the very same debit card I have used for 5 years in 50 other stores in the area . After spending and hour on the phone 3 months ago trying to get the issue solved why the online store refused to take my debit card but i can use it in the store . NO PROBLEM. again today nov 25 2023 i tried again to use my card on line for purchase and it wouldn't let me use it so i again couldn't order my groceries for pick up, Again i called the 1 800 number to get help because their chat line doesn't work either . AGAIN I WAS ON THE PHONE LINE AN HOUR AFTER THE SRVICE REP tried several times to get a supervisors to help and no one answers . I have no idea what country Walmart is going to for customer service but obviously its not here in the usa . None the less NO ONE CAN TELL ME WHY I CANT USE MY DEBIT CARD ( THEY DONT KNOW WHY ) I have gone in and updated everything i could to help on my own , problem 1 , it doesn't accept my old password so it wont accept my new one either .WHY IS THAT ?? so i cant get past that . But Walmart wont help me get my grocery items for pick up as its very difficult for me to walk all over the store finding my items. I go to SAMS CLUB and buy things by pick up the same company as Walmart and no problem there . Walmart is failing miserably and has no intention of giving better customer service as no one seems to care or interested in helping a long time standing customer . If anyone knows how to resolve this problem with Walmart please let me know . What can I say different about Wal-mar?. They are usually are all the same to me location to location. However, this location is close and convenient to my area. They offer a fueling station which is separate to the main building. The garden center is large and offers a wide variety of plants, shrubs, and landscaping ideas. I have not used their Automotive center but I believe it is adequate for oil changes, and battery swap outs. Not going to far off on a tangent, but the Economic Impact Area (EIA) for this 250-Acre site location in Singing Hills is Huuuge! It is an area that reaches half way North to Blanco City limits, half-way to New Braunfels to the East, Half-way to Boerne to the West and half way to 1604 to the South. Every available and not to cheaply available parcel of land has been bought up inside this EIA. Expect to see even more High Density Residential housing subdivision coming or soon to come .We are enjoying all the new businesses that are here and soon to come. but, Unfortunately, the heavy traffic along Hwy 46 is growing and causing some delays now. read more

I am not a fan of Walmart and rarely if ever go to one. We went to this one for a specific item to avoid driving into town. When I walked in, I almost did a double take to verify that I was actually in a walmart. This is like no other I have ever been in. It was spotlessly clean, and everything was organized and not thrown around haphazardly on the shelves. These are things that I have found at every walmart I have ever encountered, not to mention 'the people of walmart.' Yes, it is a fairly new store but I hope this one stays as is. And if you can't find an item, there are actually Walmart employees easily adopted throughout the store who will help you if you ask them a question. This is, by far, the cleanest Wal Mart I have ever been in and I have enjoyed shopping here until today. I realize that theft is a problem in stores, but there has to be another way to deal with it other than stopping you as you exit to scan your receipt. I had to wait behind other shoppers for my turn before I could leave. Why should everyone have to be detained because they have a problem with stealing? The young lady who scanned my receipt told me this is why they have started doing this. She didn't even check my items. I sometimes shop at Walmart and sometimes at HEB. I would leave zero stars but that wasn't an option. Worst customer service and supposed management I've ever seen. Wife went to buy items for our daughters bday and was embarrassed and told she was lying/wrong by management. I believe it was a racially motivated act by a supposed manager named sir Allen and The other manager jimmy as he said was just as bad. Items were all paid for and wife had the receipt to prove it and since sir Allen thought the price of the item was to low(didn't realize local store employees had the right to determine if a price was to high or low I thought that was left to corporate and their teams) he said she could not leave with it even though the Walmart closet to our house on 1604/281 were the ones who told us to go there cause that particular Walmart had it for the price. Needless to say it was pathetic and so was that employee. Only posting so this hopefully doesn't happen to anyone else. I placed a pick-up grocery order last week. I was supposed to pick it up today because it was the earliest pick up date. I pulled up the app to confirm my pick-up time. The app said my order was canceled. I called them to verify that it was canceled, and if so, why. The guy working was the phone was the WORST. After finally finding my account, he said "Yes, your order was canceled." I asked why....he said that I had too many out of stock items, so they just canceled the whole order. Wow...thanks for the notice and imput. I asked why I wasn't called before making a wasted trip. His reply was that I was sent an email. So, I check my email and yes...at 4:53 this morning I was notified of my cancellation. So aggravating!!! Oh, they also have my 275.00 still authorized/pending. I'm no stranger to Walmarts being from Bakersfield California where we had 5! All those Walmarts were the worst stores I've stepped foot in the floors dirty, shelves empty and a complete mess you would think the world ended. I also felt I needed full riot gear. I moved here and was looking for a store near by found a Walmart not expecting much I walked in greeted by a very friendly veteran the shelves were stocked and arranged nicely the floor was so shiny we kept joking about seeing ourselves in the reflection. This is by far the best store I've been to I have been the HEB down the street it does carry more organic options but it's usually so crowded and the shelves and not stocked so I tend to pick Walmart. The employees here have also been great every time u pass someone they say hi ask if I need help I had one employee go out of her way and get me something from the top I couldn't reach, where I'm from they would've turned and ran and there was no greeting usually just looks of miserable zombies. This is a store a recommend people going to. read more
