Jimmy, the owner, gave me a small deal for the purchase of the 2 sets which I greatly appreciated. I've been looking for the Issey Miyake floral forever, the girls searched for me, and while they did carry three of their other scents, Jimmy stated that he would look into finding the floral. He was kind enough to explain what oud was to my friend (who is new to fragrances) and show him examples of how it smells. I ended up buying Lattafa Maahir Legacy (PDM Sedley Dupe) for just $20! They price match here, which is how I was able to get such a good deal. Smell This Perfumes is elite. It always feels like a community here rather than a store. The owner is cool with everyone and knows his customers on a first name basis. Hoping for bigger things to come with this business!

Because my hair is badly thinning, my daughter convinced me to look at wigs in this store. The…read moreselection is large and, as a first time wig buyer, it was a daunting prospect. Putting on a wig cap was much more difficult than I expected, even though my hair is sparse. It also does nothing to flatter your looks. We were there for quite a while and I tried on at least 15 wigs of different colors and different styles with no luck. The young lady who was assisting me, Uni (my apologies, I know this is mis-spelled), was very nice and so patient with a customer who truly didn't know what she wanted. In the end, it was Uni who chose the wig that I finally bought. Without her help I'm sure I would have gotten nowhere in the selection process. It was because of her that the whole experience turned out to be much more pleasant than I had anticipated. My next step is to try and find a wig stylist.

Todays experience was not a good one.. I am a customer that has been going there for about a 15…read moreyears with my mom.. with mixed feelings. Today was the worst, I often buy an excess of items I need because sometimes they'll sell out or I'll try one and just incase I like it I have the other and if I don't I'll return with receipt or ask to swap for something else. However I bought a black arctic fox hair semi perm dye and tried to return because I did ask ahead that if I used some of it and if I didn't like it could I return it? The lady (a different worker, not April) answered me with yes only if it's more then half full. I brought it back with receipt with other items because it didn't work and it was a little more the half full. She said I couldn't return the back dye because it was "less then half" full but I did with everything else. I'm mentioning this (happened once) because I went by earlier today to return nothing used, new dye hoping to change the color and return the eyelashes I bought two of, used one but didn't use the other. The worker named April said after I asked, "you are no longer able to return or swap anything without my manager here" I asked why and she said "because you have a history of buying a lot of stuff and returning it used" I told her it happened once like a month ago like second to last visit. I asked if it was just towards me or everyone.. she said " just you" then I asked for the managers phone number so I can try and talk things out or explain the misunderstanding. Then she said "no I'm not giving you their number. You can call on the website" I went back (I'm 18) to the car and had my mother and baby sister in the car that is 3 and has autism. My mom noticed I looked upset and I was. I explained what happened and my mom went in to help while I stayed in the car to watch my baby sister.. my mom was in there for sometime.. my mom came back and told me the awful names the employee called my mom. She called her a b**ch and an as***le. The lady told my mom that "now you're here, I just told your daughter" then said "it's stupid to buy lots of things then return and want the money back or swap when it's been all used" she said this with a customer or two around. When she was giving my mom a hard time and noticed my mom took a picture of her.. she said "you're one of those people.." my mom was confused and said what, "I mean one of those assholes" she was quite rude then my mom said "if you're upset with trying to do refunds or the pay wage , it doesn't mean you have to be upset with everyone else." Then she said "you bitch". Then my mom said "it takes a bitch to know one". My mom came back to the car and we discussed that we would go to a new Sally's, that place lost our business for sure. The worker was being really rude, didn't want to give her name, her managers nor the corporate or her managers number. She didn't want to help the bystanders / customers either and stayed on her phone. It was a upsetting and sad experience.. won't be going again even if it's the closest to my house..about less than a 10 minute drive. My mom would've recorded but she was on the phone with corporate and it wouldn't let her record at the same time.
