There was a young man, I didn't catch his name, but he had a mullet. I don't know if he was high, or what, but he treated me terribly. I understand if it was busy, but I was one of the ONLY customers in the store. He had a horrible attitude, and was acting very strange, and overall just treated me as if I was a nuisance for just being there. If you don't like your job, don't take it out on your customers!

Review about Sam's Club Optical Dept:…read more Julie (an optician in Sam's Club's optical department) provided exceptional service in September when I wanted to purchase 6 months of contact lenses. I wasn't sure if Sam's Club would be able to order my high prescription contact lenses. But she was extremely friendly and courteous and made me feel extremely special and well taken care of :) ! She also informed me about a limited-time special promotion for Sam's Club's Plus members like myself :D ! For every Plus Member who bought 6 months of contact lenses, the Plus Member can purchase a pair of prescription glasses for 40% off the total purchase price (lens + frames and all) :D ! However, the catch is that the Plus Member must purchase the prescription glasses at the same time as the 6 months of contact lenses to qualify. It was such an exceptional great deal that I could not pass up :D ! And as if that wasn't already stellar enough, Julie introduced me to some super cute Kate Spade frames, which came with super cute and stylish matching cases :D ! I just had to purchase a pair of Kate Spades :D ! She handled everything so beautifully and so well :D ! She had informed me that my contacts and my prescription glasses might not be ready for pickup at the same time because usually one is ready for pickup before the other one is ready. However, in my case, I just happened to get lucky because both of them were ready at the same time :D ! Review about overall Sam's Club shopping experience: I really like how Sam's Club is so conveniently located near my hospital workplace :) ! I recently purchased Halloween candy and Kit Kat ice cream cones for my department, and they were both huge hits among my co-workers :D ! Thank you so much for making it so easy for me to shop for delicious and quality treats for my co-workers :) ! There are now beautiful Christmas decorations throughout the warehouse as well :D ! It also helps that I can fill up my gas here, and also order quick food (like my usual hot dog and soda) while I shop :D !
