I kept tracking it, and it was still at Walgreens. I told myself maybe there was a mistake. I showed up at the door on Sunday, and the package was where they left it when I dropped it off. I asked them why it was not picked up, and they did not have an answer for me. They just handed me the package back, and I left with no apology. This lack of accountability made me feel that my concerns were not taken seriously.

Prescription sent to Boerne HEB. They waited around then checked in and it wasn't done. So they came home and had late lunch/early dinner, went back still not done. Returned a last time and pharmacy just closed! Walgreens would have been faster and text her when it was done! 24 hours? At least reasonable! Now my granddaughter is crying in pain, no antibiotics and all we can give her is Motrin until tomorrow morning. Boo HEB pharmacy!

Randall works at the customer service desk, however he needs a customer service professional attitude and behavior. The cashier asked him for help with a coupon I wanted to use. He came to the register and said, "If the register doesn't take it I don't know what to tell you, there is nothing I can do about it." I get these coupons from a manufacturer monthly because I buy over fifty of one of their items monthly. I told Randall, I used the same coupons last month and it worked fine. He repeated, not making eye contact with me EVER, "I don't know what to tell you if the register doesn't take it." And walked off. Still, he made no eye contact with me, and he never addressed me, he talked to the cashier the entire time. He made it clear, he was not talking to me. Customer Service means I will help the Customer who needs to be serviced, so address the customer professionally, He was Rude and not professional.

Though the flowers I received were pretty, they were not of the color scheme requested. Some of that is due to luck. You never know what comes in on the truck. As far as the cake, it was a huge disappointment. I left specific instructions and a picture, and the product received looked nothing like the request. The decorators did a poor job creating fall colored roses. It was so bad the employee working in the bakery tried to fix the decor and ended up offering me 50% off. I honestly expect better from a bakery, but things happen. Fortunately, the cake tasted very good.

Fortunately my receipt was in the car. It showed the purchase. But the system still did not find the transaction. My card number was at the bottom of the receipt. They wanted me to Come back the next day? No. They said they can't give me cash back. Oh yes you can. I have a receipt that proves the purchase and the money was removed from my account. They finally gave me my cash back.
