I've passed Circle Donuts for the past several years to and from the gym. I'm not a big donut fan. However, if it comes to donuts, my favorite is the french crullers. I noticed all the great reviews on Yelp, and there was a work friend's Birthday, so I decided to pick up donuts for the office. My fellow Yelpers sure did not disappoint. Early on a weekday morning, the guy working behind the counter was welcoming and friendly. Since most of the reviews mentioned the awesome blueberry donuts, I went with a half dozen of those, and a half dozen of an assortment of french crullers. My co-workers and I loved the donuts. They were fresh and delicious. Loved the blueberry donuts. And the french crullers was on point. When I get a donut craving, I know I'll be going back to Circle Donuts....that is after my workout! read more

And they are back to adding illegal credit card transaction fees. They don't seem to understand you can't charge a fee for credit. They should just be a cash business, but sadly they prefer break the law. read more

Okay guy's! This is just another small donut shop on the corner. I went here because of the high ratings but like they say, you can't believe everything you read. I will give them 4 stars for their service! I was greeted right away and asked if they could help me. This little shop was pretty busy so I expecting the high reviews to be true. The other reason why I was so excited to come here was the cronuts. I had finally found a shop that had these donuts. I ordered my cronut and a maple bar to go. When I got home I started with the cronut. The cronut was crisp around the edges, flat and very sweet due to the heavy glaze. Far from being fluffy, light and yummy! So later I tried the maple bar. This one was just okay. Sorry but I'll have to scratch this donut shop off my list. read more

Started trying new things here and there and I continue to love the fact this is my local coffee and donut shop. Their coffee is GREAT and quite cheap at $1.45 for a large sized cup. I've really enjoyed the smoothies they make as well (Mango and Peach Mango). Really like their blueberry muffins and their blueberry donuts are awesome as well... and I can't forget the BACON TOPPED MAPLE BARS!!!! Can't believe I've never written a review for this place. I'm here all the time. The workers are amazing and always in smiling mood (even in the early hours). The prices here are super low and the donuts and croissants are always fresh. Since they open early and stay open late, this is the perfect place to go to give into any sweet cravings. read more

Sandwiches, donuts and all the things you need for a quick breakfast. I wasn't excited about the donuts on first look. The cake portion of the classics have small store bought looking size and shape. But the flavor is good. The red velvet with the cream cheese frosting is really good, but wouldn't be without the frosting. The fruity pebble was light like a glazed should be. This may be a bit of a premature review. I was just there for the first time about 15 minutes ago. The donuts in the case look DELICIOUS, and oh my, that filled cronut? Wow! I ordered an egg and cheese sandwich on toast and what looks like it should be a red velvet donut with cream cheese frosting. The egg and cheese sandwich also had mayo on it, which I found weird and weird-tasting. I've yet to find a donut shop who understands that red velvet is not just a color, but a specific flavor, of a baked good. I got yet another red-dyed donut that tasted like a generic donut. And that wasn't cream cheese. It was a very moist and cakey donut, so it gets points for that, I suppose. Maybe if I go back and order one of those cream-filled cronuts will I be able to give more stars! read more

I will drive past other donut shops to come to Circle Donuts. The donuts are perfect. Soft, not overly sweet or artificial tasting. They are just right. The red velvet are killer. They do an apple cinnamon donut with real apple bits in it...soooo tasty. Lots of variety, muffins, scones and other baked goodies too. They do really great sandwiches too. They do shakes and smoothies but I haven't tried those. And if you're super into scratch lotto tickets they have tons behind the counter + a machine. read more

This place is in a difficult location. I almost passed it right on up because you'll miss it if you're not paying attention. I ordered a turkey, cheese, egg and cheese bagel sandwich. I absolutely hated it!! It was way too much turkey and so much mayo that I actually wiped all of it off. I ended it up eating it because I was so hungry and I hate wasting food. Next time I'll say no mayo and order less meat. I also picked up a maple French Cruller and that was made perfectly along with my sons chocolate sprinkle old fashioned donut! Believe it or not, my mom loves to come to this donuts shop to "get something sweet". She says that but I REALLY think she likes it here because they have California lotto and scratcher games. The folks that run the place are extremely kind. They welcome everyone that comes in, even me who stops in to only get office lotto or the occasion dozen for the office people. Extremely personable folks here. They always ask how my mom is doing if I pop in alone. Lovely folks. They offer a vast variety of colorful, and shapely delights, as well. Flavors range from the traditional glazed, bear claws, maple and cake donuts, to more entertaining on the eye and tummy. Like mocha, or green tea and different berry flavors. There is a little drawn back, that the parking can get tough as they share with Blondies bar, LW pizza and a few other establishments. (Its ok, ask my mom to go with you. She will wait in the car while you run in.) read more

Where were the novelty donuts?! Per the yelp reviews they had novelty donuts. What a bummer Either way, I walked into the store disappointed by the fact the donuts were pretty much the same donuts you can get everywhere else The quality of the donuts here were very good I had the glazed blueberry donut, which at other places can be very dense. But the one here was full of blueberry flavor and light and soft. Even the old fashioned donut was very light and airy. Delicious! read more

I normally put my opinions of food places on google maps, cause that's what I generally use to find new places to try (sorry, yelp :p). But for some reason, this donut shop still isn't listed there, and I just had to tell *someone* how excellent they were. Their donuts are some of the best around, but that's not why I go there. I go there for the croissant breakfast sandwiches - they're priced like it's a fast food place, and take about as long to get, but they don't taste like fast food. Also the smoothies - I've never seen taro as a smoothie flavor anywhere else; I had to try it cause was curious, and I'm glad I did: I'm completely in love with it (the other smoothies are good too, though). And, yes, I also always buy a donut while I'm there. read more

As I entered the parking lot I witnessed a lady hanging out of the window of a car missing a rear bumper, cursing at a minivan that looked like it had recently been involved in a series of hit-and-run crimes. I'm unclear what occurred before I got there, but kept my head down and quickly parked and scurried inside. The entrance had cardboard on the ground laid out like some sort of Oscar the Grouch red carpet. There were two people sitting at the middle two tables with portable shopping carts filled with assorted belongings. The interior matched the rest of neighborhood with random stuff laid out on counter tops, and a general dirty feeling that made me consider whether I wanted to buy food here, but I was already inside. There was a single woman working the counter. She was polite and matter of fact. I had promised my kids donuts, so I ordered my box to go. While she used appropriate tongs to put them in the box, she didn't bother to fully close or seal the box. Just looking to get out of there as quickly as possible, I headed immediately back to my car but was followed by an unknown man shouting at me asking if I could spare a dollar. I quickly fidgeted for my keys and pulled the door closed and locked it behind me. This was at 9am. I cannot imagine this place late at night. The donuts were basic and not overly sweet, more of a fried bread. My kids ate a few bites of each but it wasn't worth the stress of getting them.

Donuts were good and didn't taste day old as she filled the boxes when I got there.

The staff here is great. Very nice and courteous people. The donut selection is also great but it doesn't end there. They have a great array of breakfast sandwiches on bagels and croissants. There's also many options for types of smoothies and boba drinks. Support local places don't go to krispy kreme or dunkin donuts. The donuts are better here and don't help corporate America. read more

I am a costumer here too and I love their services. They serve their customers in order no picky on race or rank. This Asian man still making a comeback though he shouldn't and always complain use bad words. If this Asian man doesn't like the circle donuts don't go back and tell ur parents to open ur own. Simply the best donuts in town. Far better than places like Dunkin Donuts. Highly recommended and will be back again. Not that Yelp reviews mean anything but I give them a 5 star to boost their star rating. Hope you make lots of money. read more
