Stopped in on my way out of Indianapolis and I am so glad that I did. This place was unassuming, but great. I need to go back for the custard next time i'm in town, however the kolaches are great. They are made fresh and will sell out, so if you have a particular one you'd like plan to come earlier in the day. They are premade and kept warm each day, so you don't wait long at all for your food. I recommend the sausage!

exterior - After a snowy day, kolache's are in the Ritters business.

The ones we tried out were very good. It is an interesting kind of bread. Very soft and semi sweet or similar to a runza if you have had those before. Probably really nice food to pack away if you are going hiking or working and want some small, easy to pack, and flavorful. The only tricky part was finding where to get them! haha. Since these are sold within that other business Ritters and there is just a small mobile sign out front. When i am back in town again i will sure stop in to try out more of the menu.

Don't be surprised to find kolaches at Ritter's Ice Cream in Brownsburg! Circle City Kolache prepares an assortment of fresh kolaches daily and they distribute at Ritters. The clerk pointed me to a menu of the available kolaches this morning. While I was tempted by the many savory options, I selected the blackberry. The clerk even heated my kolache. The breading was soft and fresh. The blackberry filling was atop a bed of cheesecake on the kolache. The kolache was delicious and the perfect bite of sweet. Outdoor patio seating at the Ritter's signature blue tables is available. What's not to love - locally made and locally owned. I'll be back to try a savory option soon!

Circle City is located inside the Ritter Custard shop. Kolache's are soft doughy stuffed buns. Can be stuffed with about everything from sweet to savory. We went in the afternoon and they were sold out of several varieties so we tried an almond, a blackberry and a sausage. There are at least 23 options to choose from. The gentleman that helped us gave some great tips. They open at 6 am so the earlier the better for the best selection. Discounts after 2pm on what is left. Kolaches, custard and coffees all in the same place so 3 food groups covered. Also affogato which I'll try next time . ,

Yum!! Kolaches! Cream cheese, almond, loaded breakfast burrito and sausage and egg.

Circle City Kolache is located in Brownsburg not far from the interstate. It's actually located right next to a WAWA being built! Yay for WAWA also! Anyway, they had a lot of different kolaches to choose from sweet or savory options. I noticed they partnered up with Half Liter for the brisket and pulled pork and some of the sauces! I chose the loaded breakfast burrito, sausage and cheese, almond, and cream cheese. My word those things are so light and airy and so GOOD!!! Warm and fresh wow just great little pillowy pastries of goodness. The inside is so clean and it's nice! They partner with Ritters also as you can also get the custard there. I want to try the affogato which is expresso poured over a small scoop of custard. They have so many options to choose from as far as kolaches and they have a kolache of the month. This month it's the cheesy garlic knot. If you've never had a kolache I would highly suggest trying these!! Delicious!

Had a nice overview of Circle City Kolache at an event I attended. They pulled out all the stops and had a variety of savory and sweet treats. The savory ones are what you expect as stuffed buns filled with different toppings. They recommended the Ultimate Breakfast Burrito which was a mix of bacon, sausage, ham, peppers, onions, cheddar, and eggs. On the sweet side, there were a few selections with fruit and cream cheese on top. They also had a cinnamon blossom which can be peeled off and eaten like a donut hole. Circle City Kolache is located in Brownsburg, but as the event indicated they can handle catering needs as well.

Located inside the existing Ritter's you will find a huge variety of Kolache. You may be asking, 'What is a Kolache?' A Kolache is a pastry made from kolach like dough filled with sausage (or minced meat) and often other ingredients, such as cheese, ham, egg or sometimes with a sweet dessert like filling. They often resemble buns. These are very popular in Texas and are gradually migrating to our area. These should not be confused with traditional Czech kolaches, which are also popular and are known by the same name. My experience this morning found Circle City Kolache very busy, with several people eager to try the new establishment having just had their Grand Opening on Friday. I noticed on the menu that Kolache purchased after three are half off, however, that's if they still have them as these do sell out quickly. Each month you will see a new 'flavor of the month' as well as a vast variety of other choices. Today I got the Sausage and Gravy Kolache, of which they only had three left at the moment and it was a quarter til Eleven. I also ordered a Caramel Latte. At the end of the counter there are free sauces you can place in your Kolache if you wish. These service was friendly and the place was hopping with activity! Everything appeared clean and there are various seats and tables if you decide to eat in.

Located inside ritters in a small strip of stores off green street next to the future Wawa. You gotta get here early if you want your flavors. They are consistently selling out especially on the weekends. The sweet ones sell out quicker. The cinnamon roll one is my fav. You can pull apart pieces at a time and it's so good. They will always warm up your kolache. The spinach feta kolache of the month is really good. They have a lot of savory breakfast flavors. I hope they make more veggie friendly or non pork options. They are more open everyday from 6a-2p. They offer a discount after that but good luck finding any. I love the strawberry one. The almond isn't bad. The Buffalo chicken one was surprisingly good as well. They even have collabs with ritters which I have yet to try. Nice addition to bburg

It's very rare that Brownsburg gets something one off so when I heard Circle City Kolache was partnering with Ritters, I was elated. I decided to be lazy and DoorDash and they were packaged to perfection. We went with sausage/egg/cheese, ultimate burrito and the sausage gravy. All three were delicious, but to my surprise, the ultimate burrito took the prize for me. They are soft, fluffy and the ratio of innards to dough is perfection. Welcome to Brownsburg! Looking forward to our next visit!

Good stuff! It is inside of ritters. I will say I wish they did a better job advertising this place. Never knew it was here. Learned about it from a friend

Here is my box of assorted flavors. The long ones are Chili Cheese Dog!

Great food and different from what you can find anywhere else. You can tell they make everything from scratch and taste fresh every time we go. Highly recommend, but remember items are cold! Thus is to keep fresh. Ask for them to heat up if you want to eat right away.

The protein quantity is perfect as it has ham, bacon and sausage in it, and the omelette is larger than what you'd think. Cooked well and is flavorful! The only downside is that it doesn't come with other sides so there is an up-charge to add pancakes and hash like I did. The pancakes were solid! Fluffy and easily soaks up syrup. The hash was phenomenal and paired well with my omelette for additional protein and flavor. Overall, the food is great here! Customer Service: During the breakfast and lunch crowds, this place is booming! But the cashier and waitresses were amazing at handling the room. From my observations, they were attentive and were polite with everyone. Shoutout to Grace, who was waitress! Ambiance: This place very casual, and family friendly for all ages. I've seen elderly couples, families, younger couples, and somewhat large gatherings (e.g, a group of 8) and the staff ensures everyone is taken care of. Come as you are and be patient on weekends!! This place came highly rated on Yelp so we were all excited! I went for it: chicken fried steak, pimento grits and coffee. The coffee was fine and when we started ordering, that's when the problems happened. For some reason due to the POS software, they were unable to add items to an order. At some point, it just became "ok leave it as-is, just go with it". The poor server was at the mercy of the software. There were a lot of people there and the food took longer than expected. When I got the breakfast, I have to admit, it did not meet my expectations. But you need to remember, I am from Hawaii and this probably was my first authentic chicken fried steak and grits. The grits were like mushy, overcooked oatmeal - like very mushy - one would say it's overcooked. But what do I know? I don't know. The chicken fried steak was ok. The gravy was kind of sweet and I don't know.... I guess I expected more. Again, this is coming from someone from Hawaii who has never eaten this food before. I will say the prices were AMAZING! This meal started at $8.99.

Only 1 waitress was working unfortunately the service lacked refills and it was super slow to get the food. The biscuits were dry either they were cooked yesterday or overcooked today not sure which. My boyfriend and I came on Mother's day (unintentionally) and we waited about 10-15 minutes to sit at the bar. Getting our orders taken & our food served definitely took a bit of time, but we enjoyed seeing all the cooks in action and getting to smell all the amazing smells!! I got Grandpa's one pan skillet and my boyfriend got the sausage breakfast sandwich on croissant bread. All I gotta say is those chefs definitely knew what they were doing! The flavors were unique and intentional and I enjoyed every bite. The home fries (potatoes) were also so yummy and everything was cooked really well. There's nothing basic about borage and I love that! This place is a gem. They also have a cafe/market area where you can order drinks and pastries. I wish we waited until we got seated to order drinks because the menu was much more extensive than what I saw in the cafe and I would have ordered a different drink had I seen all the other options. The staff here are also very welcoming and friendly. We enjoyed our little brunch and will be back with family next time!
