I had to make an emergency appointment with an opthamologist after my lash appointment with spa bar because I am leaving for my wedding tomorrow. I told the doctor I felt some extra burning in that corner while getting them done and the specialist told me the lash tech either scratched my eye or got some of the chemicals in my eyeball that damaged the surface of my eye. I called and asked to speak to a manager (to hopefully get a refund for the extra $25 she charged me for the style I wanted and the $25 I tipped her) but the manager was unavailable and the front desk totally brushed me off saying the doctor was probably wrong and burning was normal. Burning can be normal, but when a specialist tells you that you've damaged someone's eye, accountability is expected. Don't go here unless you want an extra charge for style, and then have to pay $94 at the eye doctor after they damage your eyeball.

From the moment you walk in, you are greeted by a friendly face that gets you checked in. I love that they have late hours for those of us coming in after work. The space is very clean and calming. Pricing was very competitive with a full Brazilian priced at only $59 for women. With your service, they offer a touch up within a few days, if they weren't able to get everything for whatever reason. They offer memberships for discounted unlimited Brazilians. The staff was so kind and welcoming. There is ample parking which is always a plus for me. So happy to have found this place !

My waxer was amazing, very professional, gentle, and made the whole experience way more comfortable than I expected. I was bracing myself for pain, but it honestly wasn't bad at all. The results? I also appreciated how efficient everything was, I barely had time to sit down before I was called to the back. No long waits, no hassle, just great service from start to finish. Thanks again to the team at Brazils, I'll be seeing y'all again soon!

I am 7 months pregnant and I was assured that everything being used was pregnancy safe, when I appreciated. My facial was very relaxing, up until the extractions lol. Unfortunately for me, I do not have that beautiful pregnancy skin and had A LOT of deep black and white heads. Extractions are never fun but the pay out was AMAZING. I was able to leave with that pregnancy GLOW because of the wonderful facial I received.
