I have always considered including it in my beauty enhancement lifestyle but never felt comfortable enough to allow anyone to put glue to my eyes. Not only that I just thought it was to costly. Not until I met Karen. She is very attentive and passionate when it comes to beauty enhancement of the eyes and as I call it my passport (face). I made note of the "Hours of Operation" sign on the door on my way in. She had JUST finished a massage client (based on the sounds I heard), and came out to tend to me. When she saw me, she had this smug look in her eyes (cuz she was wearing a mask), and asked in negative tone, "Can I help you?" As if I had just severely inconvenienced her. Didn't make me feel welcome. No happy hello or "how may I help you today?"...nothing...at all. So I asked if that day was an appointment only day or not. She said yes, and I walked out. Y'all remember the "Hours of Operation" sign I told you about (listed below) in the beginning? Well April 13th of this year was on a Tuesday...and the sign online, AND on the location's front door, CLEARLY lists Tuesdays as "REGULAR. HOURS." NOT by "Appointment Only." Suffice to say, I found a place that HAPPILY welcomed me, took walk-ins & gave me THE BEST manicure treatment I've had. Scintillating Nail & Spa Lounge...lost GOOD money that day.
