Luckily enough I was referred to Hilary by a coworker. To make it better we ran into each other at my work where she could see what I liked and we had a great chance to meet beforehand. Fast forward a few months and Hilary does amazing work! She understands what you want and will get you there but does her best to maintain integrity and original lash quality. Her space is cozy and thanks to her I have a whole playlist of new music too. I also bought a sealant from her that she recommended and it's beautiful and helps protect my amazing lashes too!! The 1st time I went to her, I'd never ever considered a Brazilian. The thought of having my hair ripped from my body seemed like pure torture. Why ANYONE would want to do that to themselves was inconceivable to me. But, alas, I let my friend talk me into it. Alex was incredibly patient with me and my barrage of questions as she talked me through the process. She cared about my well-being during the entire process. She had a firm but gentle touch and I was hooked. She's since done my armpits as well and now I'm on a maintenance plan. I moved to the Tampa area last summer and make the drive to have her do my waxes. Yes. She's that good. If you know the torture of I-4 traffic between Tampa and a Orlando, you will understand that I really mean it when I say SHE IS 100% WORTH IT! I even talked my husband into going! Today was his 1st time. He felt it was pretty intense but is considering doing it again. He was impressed with her skills. If you're looking to get your 1st ever Brazilian, or anybody part waxed, or perhaps your favorite waxer moved or retired, I HIGHLY recommend, all the thumb's up, Alexandra. (I was going to post a photo of the hubs getting his wax on, but he said he's not quite ready for that. Lol.

Since I knew that there would be a photographer, videographer and that I would be displayed on the big screen, I needed a makeup artist. After hours of unsuccessful searching, my partner contacted Nicola at 6pm the evening before my event. Nicola committed to fitting me into her schedule the very next day and was willing to meet me at my hotel. I have a lot of skin discoloration these days and was a bit skeptical that Nicola would have the right makeup shades to suit my face. I was pleasantly surprised when she came with an entire suitcase of makeup that would accommodate my complexion, along with her own makeup chair and ring light. I wanted my makeup to look light and not heavy and she managed to do just that. Her level of professionalism was top notch. She kept me entertained with great conversation while painting my face to perfection. I honestly don't know how Nicola managed to be so efficient and fixed me up in under an hour. I am more than happy with my results. I received a lot of compliments. If you're in the Orlando area, definitely have Nicola do your makeup.
