They covered all the topics that no other class has done before and the hands on practice was very detailed. I then decided to get my lashes done.... well ladies once you start there is no going back..... unfortunately I moved to Savannah GA which it was 4 hours away. I tried to find a lash artist but unfortunately noone was as good as the girls at the lash and body lounge. Luckily my retention with my extensions is really good and I do believe is because of the good work they do, also I really look after them..... So every month I will drive to Orlando and get my lashes done..... you may think I am crazy but honestly I haven't found any lash bar or lash artist as good, as experienced and as knowledgeable as the girls here.

After booking online (vagaro.com/lashandbody was the only way to book online), I received a text stating that we needed to pay $20 per person to reserve the booking, and that amount would be applied to our service. Subsequently, I received several annoying reminder texts, one of which mentioned that the location had changed to inside a salon at a different address. Upon arrival, it was not a Lash Lounge as advertised but a salon that looked VERY different from the advertisement. Employees were sleeping in the waiting room. The individual who did our lashes showed up and took us to what appeared to be a storage room. During our session, a loud carpet cleaner was being operated, even banging against the door of the room. When I went to pay, I was informed that the balance was $160 ($79 x 2). I tipped $40, bringing my total to $200. A few days later, my Venmo statement showed the $40 reservation fee was also charged, making the total for services $200 ($100 each instead of $79). I reached out to Marienne twice to inquire about this charge, but received no response. I would not recommend this service due to misleading branding, location, prices, and communication. It is unclear if Lash&Body Lounge is aware that their brand is being used to promote her services.

They acted very enthusiastic and capable. They said I had strong lashes. They went back and forth with what they would do for me. When I went back the next week, the son, Colton, did my lashes. It did not seem like he was doing the length they had discussed and he said he was using a new process on me. It was as if we had not had a consultation. When he finished, I asked him if they were like we talked about- long and thick enough. He said yes and that was the best he could do with my lashes. When I went to pay, I asked his mom, the owner, if she thought they looked good. She said yes. I asked if she thought they were like what we had talked about. She said yes as she walked off. The original care and enthusiasm was gone. The lashes did not look fabulous at all and they started to fall out only a day or two later on the left eye. I went back today to talk to them. The left eye didn't hold at all and the right eye doesn't look much better. Colton made excuses about he did what my lashes could handle. It cost $240! I asked them to give me a $100 back, but they would not. He said the sign said No Refunds. He said he would do new lashes. Why would I want to lay there for two more hours to be dissatisfied and brushed off? So, I'm posting here. I've never done this before, but I want people to be aware. Go somewhere else.

Anyway Tracy didn't want to irritate my lids any more than they were and so she took them off one by one and didn't use the product to remove. She carefully listened to my goals and helped me achieve the perfect results! The space is immaculately clean and soooo chic! I love the decor and felt right at home.
