Dr. Pitman is incredibly professional, detail-oriented, and truly cares about his patients and achieving beautiful, natural-looking results. The attention and care from the staff were outstanding from beginning to end. They were always checking on me, explaining everything step by step, and supporting me throughout my recovery and post-op process. I never felt alone during this journey. From the bottom of my heart, I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking to be in the best hands possible. My wife had a very disappointing experience with this provider. They require payment before a…read morepatient is even approved for surgery, which raises concerns when issues arise later in the process. In our case, it often felt like obstacles were being placed in the way rather than support being provided. My wife was subjected to multiple last-minute requirements, including being drug tested twice on the day of her surgery. Although she ultimately underwent the tummy tuck and arm lift procedures, she was hospitalized for two and a half days immediately afterward due to complications. What was most concerning was the lack of postoperative care and follow-up. Basic assessments, such as checking vital signs and hemoglobin levels, were not performed, and when we notified the clinic of concerns, the providers' responses were brief and unhelpful. Based on our experience, I would encourage anyone considering this provider to thoroughly research their options and proceed with caution.

I had my pre-op today for my second surgery with Zion Plastic Surgery, and I've had a really…read morepositive experience with them. I'm almost 50, so yes, I'm getting a little nip and tuck What I love about Zion is that they're local here in Miami, extremely affordable and regularly offer promotional pricing. I've been able to have procedures done for a fraction of what I expected to pay elsewhere. I'm honestly amazed by the affordability and grateful I don't have to travel to Turkey, Colombia or another country. That said, understand the model. This isn't a five-star Ritz-Carlton experience where someone manages everything for you. You need to stay organized, understand the requirements and budget for additional costs. For me, that trade-off is completely worth it. THINGS TO KNOW: * The promotional price is NOT your total cost. Ask upfront for ALL required additional expenses and read the entire packet. * Garments are additional. Procedures such as liposuction require compression garments. * Post-op massages are required for lipo, BBL and many other procedures, and the designated massages have to be done through Zion. * Additional pain management costs extra. Anesthesia is included, but additional options such as a pain-relief injection on surgery day are separate. * Drug testing is required and additional. I was tested the day before surgery and will be tested again on surgery day. At first I thought this was kind of ghetto then I remembered--THIS IS MIAMI. People party like rock stars here. When anesthesia and surgery are involved, I actually think this is a great safety measure. Be completely honest about prescriptions, medications, cannabis or recreational drugs. Your medical team needs to know what you're taking. * Labs and medical clearance are your responsibility. Depending on your procedure, this can include bloodwork, EKG, chest X-ray and other testing within specific timeframes. Start early. Zion can also connect you with Miami walk-in no appointment needed providers for certain testing if going through your regular doctor takes too long. * If you're traveling, plan to stay after surgery. Some procedures require postoperative appointments and care for days afterward. Ask for your exact required timeline before booking your return flight. * Ask about payment plans. They offer options where you can make payments toward your surgery for 12-24 moinstead of necessarily financing the entire procedure. Ask about current promotional pricing and terms. * You may not meet your surgeon until surgery day. Most communication beforehand is through coordinators and staff. This is why I research every doctor myself. HOW TO CHECK YOUR DOCTOR: Go to the Florida Department of Health Medical Quality Assurance (MQA) "Verify a License" website. Search the doctor's first and last name, open the correct physician record, verify the Florida license and check its status and practitioner profile. I recommend doing this with EVERY doctor you use--not only plastic surgeons. Don't rely only on Instagram, reviews or a clinic website. Verify the physician through the state yourself. I've researched Zion's doctors, licenses, credentials and my procedures. I've also noticed many of their before-and-after pictures are taken around surgery day rather than months later. Miami has many patients who travel here and go home after surgery, plus there are privacy considerations, so I personally looked beyond photos when researching. The facility itself is clean, professional and very nice, and the staff I've dealt with have been friendly. Once you understand the system and complete your requirements, the process is easy. I've seen negative reviews, but they haven't reflected my experience. This is my second surgery here, and I've been extremely happy. I personally believe health and fitness come first--working out, eating clean and taking care of your body are more important than plastic surgery. But there are things diet and exercise simply cannot change. If you want to tighten or enhance something and responsibly use surgery to boost your confidence, that's a personal decision. I finished my pre-op today, my procedure is tomorrow, and I'm thrilled. I also love the name Zion because of what Zion represents to me in the biblical and Bob Marley sense: healing, grace, beauty from ashes, transformation and God's glory. I'm incredibly grateful to have such an affordable option right in my own backyard. I honestly wish I had done some of this sooner. Based on my own experience, highly, highly recommend.

I then opted to change surgeons because I thought I really wanted the implants due to wanting larger fuller breasts. I was then assigned Dr. Giorgis. I flew out to Miami to have my procedure and had my pre op appointment the day before which went good. Then the morning of the surgery is when I had finally got to meet the Dr and discuss my implant sizing. We went with a 400cc saline implants with an anchor incision. I was shaken awake and rushed out the door, shaking from the anesthesia. We went to pick up my meds, were given a hard time before MIA had misspelled my last name, had to show my ID and they had to call to verify with MIA. The next day I went in for my post op check up and was okay with my results but they looked odd. Dr. G assured me that they would settle and fluff. By Oct 2025 my breast had "fluffed" but they began to drift more towards my armpit area. The top fullness I wanted wasn't there. Now 14.5 months later, I have major implant malpositioning. They're drifting apart, the left one is visibly lower than the other, they pop out of the breast pocket and create a tubular appearance and it's pretty uncomfortable. I reached out to the office via email with no response. I'm now most likely facing another surgery to have them either adjusted and or removed all to together. After spending $6,000 on the procedure and $3,500 on flights, hotels and other expenses for this procedure I'm very unhappy with the experience. I would not recommend MIA to anyone. Please do your research.

I underwent the procedure with the expectation that the concerns I had would be addressed, but unfortunately, I have seen little to no improvement in the areas that were treated. Because this was a revision procedure, I had hoped for a significant improvement and felt that my concerns and expectations would be carefully considered. Unfortunately, the outcome has been very disappointing, especially after going through another procedure, recovery period, and the associated expense. I understand that no surgical procedure can guarantee a perfect result, but I expected to see a meaningful improvement. At this point, I am left feeling frustrated and disappointed with the overall experience and the lack of results. Rated 2 stars for the bedside manner of the administrative staff otherwise there would have been stars!

Dr Kaufman has good besdside manners. The clinic staffs are very busy. Long waiting time in the waiting room even if you have a 9am appointment, you will be seen past 12noon based on experience. Post op nurses here are always on a rush, they also have earbuds on their ears talking spanish non stop and I cannot understand anything. Even if you're in excruciating pain they don't care, as soon as you wake up they want you in a wheelchair and get out even if you ate groggy. Its affordable here compared to different states that's why most people travel here because the amount you spend will be a quarter of what's for example in the Bay area. But expect you are just a number here. People go in and out and that's it. If you have a problem or complication, you are on your own. Its hard to communicate to the staff even if you are dying or what. Emergency room or PCP will not help you if you have a complication as well. Dr Kaufman is 5/5 but the clinic staffs is 1/5. They recently increased their prices and it takes couple of months to get a schedule.

The clinic operates very quickly, and at times it can feel like you're just another number being moved through the process. For example, my surgery was scheduled for 1:15 PM, but I didn't go back until 8:35 PM, which felt extremely unorganized and unprofessional. Post-op care was another area that could be improved. I didn't see my surgeon again after the procedure, and the follow-up felt minimal. Since this wasn't my first surgery, I was comfortable navigating recovery on my own--but if this were my first experience, I could see how the lack of guidance would feel overwhelming and even a bit scary. I also wasn't impressed with the post-op massages. They are listed as 30-minute sessions but felt much shorter and rushed. In my opinion, they weren't worth the cost, and similar care could be done at home. That said, I do want to give credit where it's due. Dr. Miller did a phenomenal job. My breast augmentation revision looks very natural and proportionate, which was exactly what I wanted. My Lipo 360 results also turned out really well, and I'm happy with my overall outcome. If you are looking for an affordable option, this clinic may work for you. However, if you value more personalized care, consistent follow-up, and a more attentive experience, that is something to consider before booking. Overall, while the experience itself had its downsides, the surgical results were strong--and that ultimately improved my rating.
