Currently trying to scam me out of $2000 for 6 logo mats that I can buy for $52 each. For the last…read more6-7 years they have steadily increased their prices and kept me locked in a contract even though they do not fulfill on their promised services. For context I pay for weekly service, but in their internal service procedures they call for certain things to be completed monthly. Their service techs wouldn't even check to see if our hand soap or sanitizer or air fresheners were out, and on multiple occasions it was out for weeks at a time forcing us to buy our own sanitizer, soap, and air freshener. If you want to buy yourself a headache and work with a company who wants to put your business out of business, Vestis, formerly Aramark, is the company for you.

First, they try to lock you into contracts that are NOT in your best interest as a customer. If you try to get out of it (say the service isn't working out for your business anymore) then they threaten to sue you for breach of contract in the future earnings they claim they'll lose. We took over our business from the previous owner. On the bill were charges for a mop that the driver didn't even know where it was! He'd never even changed it out yet we're paying a fee every month to have it changed out. That's the kind of things they do. Also prices can increase and they will not call you beforehand. Suddenly you're just paying more and have zero input. And if you want to reduce service you can expect to go through a whole entire effort and stress to do that. The drivers themselves are decent people just doing their job, but the company policies are terrible and NOT IN YOUR BEST INTEREST! It's like being in prison going with Aramark.

Well, if you are looking to have just one item printed, expect to be treated like they don't give a sh*t about you. I had to call and email them several times just to get a reply, and then they just stopped replying all together. If they had initially simply said they're not interested in doing such a small order, fine, at least that way I wouldn't have wasted my time trying to get them just to respond. But when they let you know they don't want your business by just ignoring you, while at the same time claiming they've "got you covered" no matter how small your order is, well that's just irritating. So, my advice is, if you are looking for a local print shop to do a small order, don't bother wasting your time with Banksii. I recommend Pork Chop Printing in SODO. They were happy to print my shirt (even on very short notice) and were very responsive. Edit: The owner's response to my review is very inaccurate. It is true that I said I had decided to not go ahead with the order (which I decided mainly due to his lack of responsiveness to my emails/calls leading up to that point), but a couple days later I decided I would give them another chance. So I called and left them a voicemail but never received a reply. I then sent them an email, to which they also never replied. I then tried using the chat feature on their website and never received a reply to that either (it claims that they reply to chat messages within one hour). So his claim that "All email were answered" is total BS. As far as his claim that "All of our services on the website list minimum order quantities, except vinyl", while it is true that it says that on the individual pages linked under their "Services" page, the FRONT PAGE of their website says, again, "No minimum" and "From one T-shirt to 10,000, we've got you covered". So, like the owner's response to my review, their website is very misleading. So not only are they obviously not interested in your business if your order is small, but they apparently are dishonest, too.

They have an extensive catalog of gear to choose from with many different price points. While the quality is beautiful and the process was easy peasy, it's truly the crew that make the experience wonderful.
