I literally can't say enough great things about Ink It Your Way! From the quality of product and print that looks amazing and is tough. They printed our shirts for our plumbing company and they are amazing. Clear, printed exactly how we dreamed it up and the price was fair. They have an extensive catalog of gear to choose from with many different price points. As well as sizing that includes a much needed Tall collection (we exhausted this portion of the catalog out of excitement). While the quality is beautiful and the process was easy peasy, it's truly the crew that make the experience wonderful. Everybody is super helpful, put up with my 50 billion questions and had the patience of saints with my rattling off 50 different order types. We will return over and over again for sure. I got on here to leave an amazing review for this place and I am noticing the previous negative reviews. I do see they are a few years back but my experience wasn't even close to how the other reviews have described. Even with design changes and sizing mix-ups (by me), They pulled off our deadline with no problem. Communication was great and Bretta was very helpful. The first time I ordered something, Tammy was very nice...it was only one shirt. The second time, I wanted to place a big order, and every time I went in to see a sample, it was never ready! She kept telling me that she was busy with doing uniforms for this school or working on this/that. I went in multiple times for over a month!!! When a sample was finally done, the shirt was horrible. I ordered some custom t-shirts for my company's from a print shop located in everett Wa after no call back to tell me they were done I drove down there to notice the business was closed, months later I stopped into this establishment Ink it your way and notice the same owner, I asked her what happened with my shirts she said I have them right her I didn't have your number from the move even though my phone number was printed in big letters on the shirts. When I got the shirts I noticed they were pretty dusty and dirty but went home and washed them no big deal I would give them a nother shot with my printing needs. I've used them a few more times since and have hade nothing but problem, no communication very unprofessional, and never on time. I have created this yelp account just to say this. I am opening a new real estate office next week with no window stickers for the grand opening thanks to this establishment. Not even a call back. read more

There are not enough words to describe the incredible personal care and investment that these people have in their business and success. Every item small and big, they are caring and inventive and reasonably price. They do everything they can to turn around projects quickly even when I have some harebrained idea that I need right away. They have an enormous assortment of things in their shop so you should definitely go there so that you can get inspiration from what they have as well as what maybe what you are imagining. They are kind and sweet and fun and shopping there is Absolutely a wonderful experience. Unfortunately I had to give inkit in Lake Stevens one star because a Negative isn't an option. As an owner of a Small Business I take Absolute Pride in providing the best customer service as possible, it is called, BEING HUMAN! I went into Inkit inquiring about a 20 (or so) shirt order and explained to the Woman assisting me (I say assisting as she sure wasn't "helping me") that we were involved in a Charity Event and wanted our staff to be uniform in our Representation of our Business. I am not sure the Position of the person assisting me, but her name is Tammy Lemieux and I had given very specific information of our needs. I was rushed, so after telling me it would be a little bit to give me pricing, I said "please just email me a quote as there isn't a huge time crunch, we just need these in about 3 weeks". After no response for 3 days I called and left a Voicemail. Again, was very specific and I even let them know that I wasn't pleased that I hadn't gotten a response. Now, 3 weeks and 1 day later, Since the Event was Last Night, we did not present the best versions of ourselves. Thanks a lot Inkit, you will not get anymore "attempted" business from us and I will do everything in my power to steer people away from this type of disappointment. read more

Very poor customer service. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I dropped off mine and my son's tshirts and hadn't received a call in over a week. I called them to see what was going on and the owner said she had left a voicemail with questions regarding my order, which wasn't true. I then proceeded to tell her what I wanted and she said she would send me an email in an hour or two just to confirm within an hour. 10 hours later I got the email. I immediately sent her the response letting her know I'd pick it up two days later on my way home from work. I called her the day I was suppose to pick up just to double check it would be done and she said she would get right on it. When I stopped to pick them up later after work, low and behold they were not done. I will never go back. They had my shirts for over two weeks. That is ridiculous. read more

They don't even deserve one star, this place is horrible. Customer service is non existent, the owners husband should not be helping people. I own a small business, I went in to have several shirts made up along with a few sweat shirts and have a nice coat embroidered, all with my company name and logo. On my first visit the husband of the owner couldn't give me any pricing, his quote ranged from $40 - $300 just for 5 shirts, he then realized he didn't know what he was doing and said so and said that I need to call his wife for a price even though she was there in the back room. I explained I'm very serious and I would come back in a few days, and asked if he could figure it out, he told me to come back when she was there and gave me the hours I could expect her. I came back during those hours and she was not there, I then asked if he would be able to help me because I wanted to place my order he said he could but he would not be able to get me a price, I then asked him if he tells all customers that he can't give pricing and therefore what's the point of being open, he then snapped at me and yelled at me and said that I should have called his wife because that's what he said I had to do in the first place and then he called me a dick. Well needless to say I didn't give them my business, I hope they read this so they can ask themselves what's the point of being open or having an employee if you can't service your customers and TAKE THEIR MONEY! read more

I'm reading these negative reviews and am wondering if they have the right place. These reviews are in direct contrast to the absolute best customer service I have received. Ink it has done LSJAA soccer sweatshirts for my daughter's team for two years. The owner designed the perfect team logo just from a verbal conversation. Sure, it took more than 10 min for the conversation but that's because she wanted to make sure she captured what we wanted. All the team hoodies were beyond expectations and early. The girls were thrilled. We went back a second year. My daughter graduated, but my "Soccer mom" hoodie is still worn proudly. Ink it did a large custom order for my organization at Boeing. This was a large order, size and name specific and the order was perfect. My manager was very pleased with the quality and cost. Ink it also does tiny jobs. I went to Minnesota and bought two Vikings Coats. Ink it embroidered me and my son's name on our coats and we still wear them 2 years later. My son is 13 and a huge Viking fan, he loves going into Ink it for Superfan gear. Again, I don't know where these other reviewers went, but Ink It is fabulous and have always treated me like a VIP customer. read more

Please, please don't waste your time with this company. I stopped by to see if they could screen print me some shirts and a few embroidered jackets. She gave me one of there catalogs to go through and told me to stop back in when I figured out what I wanted. My wife and I went though the catalog and found what we wanted. I then stopped in and spent 45 minutes with her explaining what I wanted and how I wanted my logo slightly changed. I asked if she could give me a price on what I was going to order from them, she said she would have to get the numbers back to me after she got done with the logo. I didn't hear anything from them for a few weeks so I sent and email to her asking for an update, I got no reply. A few more days past so I called to see what was going on with the order, I was told that she would send some numbers to me that night along with the reworked logo. Again I let a few days pass and still had no price or logo. I gave it one last chance and sent an email stating that I would like to work with them and support a small family owned business, like I own myself, I still didn't get a reply. I have wasted so much of my time with this company that it frustrates me to my core, and to not even get a I'm sorry or and explanation of why she couldn't get me anything to look at is deyond me. So please don't waist your time trying to work with this company. read more
