Well, if you are looking to have just one item printed, expect to be treated like they don't give a sh*t about you. I had to call and email them several times just to get a reply, and then they just stopped replying all together. If they had initially simply said they're not interested in doing such a small order, fine, at least that way I wouldn't have wasted my time trying to get them just to respond. But when they let you know they don't want your business by just ignoring you, while at the same time claiming they've "got you covered" no matter how small your order is, well that's just irritating. So, my advice is, if you are looking for a local print shop to do a small order, don't bother wasting your time with Banksii. I recommend Pork Chop Printing in SODO. They were happy to print my shirt (even on very short notice) and were very responsive. Edit: The owner's response to my review is very inaccurate. It is true that I said I had decided to not go ahead with the order (which I decided mainly due to his lack of responsiveness to my emails/calls leading up to that point), but a couple days later I decided I would give them another chance. So I called and left them a voicemail but never received a reply. I then sent them an email, to which they also never replied. I then tried using the chat feature on their website and never received a reply to that either (it claims that they reply to chat messages within one hour). So his claim that "All email were answered" is total BS. As far as his claim that "All of our services on the website list minimum order quantities, except vinyl", while it is true that it says that on the individual pages linked under their "Services" page, the FRONT PAGE of their website says, again, "No minimum" and "From one T-shirt to 10,000, we've got you covered". So, like the owner's response to my review, their website is very misleading. So not only are they obviously not interested in your business if your order is small, but they apparently are dishonest, too.

Never heard anything back and still haven't. Cannot recommend a place that asks for the logo and then never gets back to you. Give me a break...not right. So I have a small business of which I provide uniforms to my employees as well as I have a small…read moregrowing retail opportunity. I have been going through Custom Ink for the last 5 years. Although they have great customer service, unfortunately their pricing has tripled and their quality has diminished. So I decided to search for a local screen printing company that I can build a relationship with of whom I can reorder with regularly and reliably and who I can use to grow our business opportunity with. I read a review where Absolute Graphix was recommended and they are located very close to my office so I gave them a call. I got a hold of Lisa who I explained what I was looking for, not only in product, but wanted a company that I could build a relationship with and will regularly reorder from. She asked me to send her an email detailing my product needs, including our logo and she would get back to me by the end of the day. Come Tuesday the next week, I hadn't heard anything back so I called to make sure that my email had been received. The gentleman I spoke with stated that he saw my email on Lisa's desk but she was not in that day. He said he would make sure to let her know I called and he was sure she would get back to me. It is now Thursday, I have still not heard anything back from Lisa at Absolute Graphix. So I sent an email expressing my disappointment at not hearing back and that I didn't feel this was the kind of relationship I was looking for. This was her response.... "Nicki I'm sorry you feel that way. This is an extremely busy time of year for us. Not only are all the schools starting up and need their spirit wear as well as several other shops in the area are no longer in business & we seem to have picked up quite a bit of overflow from that. Having been in business for over 23 years, I am sure we've disappointed a few people along the way but our overall customer satisfaction is obviously pretty good or we wouldn't still be here.
