I had an older baseball jacket that I needed embroidery taken out of and replaced. I brought the…read morejacket in and they were amazing! She said she would have to take out the old embroidery which would be a majority of the time of the project and which would add to the cost, which I was fine with. When I stopped by, they were absolutely swamped, but helped me immediately. She wasn't sure if the shop had the same font to match "coach" and the new last name I was requesting on the jacket and I just asked that they match it best as possible knowing it was a big ask for match the old font. I dropped the jacket off on Tuesday and she said she hoped to have it done by the end of the week but they were really busy. I was shocked when she called me the next afternoon saying it was done. When I picked up the jacket, she showed me that the shop was able to match the old font and new font exactly! I was so impressed and it looked better than I was hoping!!
