There used to be more vendors selling here, but that's ok. I still like shopping for fresh vegetables from local growers. My favorite is buying honey that is harvested locally. The farmers here selling their produce are always friendly and they offer samples of fruit if you ask. Then of course, you can't miss the smell of the food being cooked by the food vendors as well. If you haven't had your breakfast yet, don't miss out on buying pupusas or tamales or whatever you're hungry for that morning. Enjoy your morning eating here after you shop.

I had a very disappointing experience at Redlands Ranch Market. I bought a cake that had a strange,…read moreoff taste, and even worse, a package of chicken drumsticks had a visible cockroach in it. When I spoke with the manager, he belittled me and was really condescending. I told him my husband thought the cake tasted like bleach, and to me, it just tasted spoiled. Instead of being concerned, he rudely pointed out that those are different things and asked me which it was--spoiled or bleach. Then he made a rude comment, saying they don't use bleach in their bakery ingredients. I hope they seriously improve their food safety and customer service, because this was completely unacceptable.

My favorites included a clothes maker, tiny whimsical ceramics, handmade leather purse, amazing vinegars, olive oils, magnesium skin spray, custom hats, custom jewelry and then the food! They treated our group with champagne and mimosas. We started with coffee and croissants. Shopped for a few hours (I know but once you see it, you will understand) then we all sat down for lunch at linen covered tables and shared different chef's food and what we had found! The Citrus Blossom Market hosts several vendors selling their crafts and food near the Edwards Mansion. This is outdoors so depending on the weather, you may or may not enjoy being outside. I just loved browsing through to see all the handcrafted items because you never know, you just might find that one thing that you absolutely need for your home or garden. The vendors are friendly and will answer any question that you may have. Don't forget to check out the food trucks as well. My favorite one is the Filipino one with their take on Filipino classics. The last crate…read moreincluded: a butternut squash, eggplants, a fennel bulb, a bunch of candy-cane beets, a bunch of baby carrots, small leeks/large green onions, a bunch of red swiss chard, a head of romaine lettuce, a head of escarole (?), a bunch of dill, Italian parsley, cilantro, arugula, French radishes, and an assortment of peppers. Whew! Abby and Jason included in the previous crate a cute bouquet of flowers too! Theirs is an enterprise that should be supported. For $50 a month, you get two shares of locally grown, beautiful, fresh and delicious organic produce. And for feeding your family healthfully? Priceless!
