There used to be more vendors selling here, but that's ok. I still like shopping for fresh vegetables from local growers. My favorite is buying honey that is harvested locally. The farmers here selling their produce are always friendly and they offer samples of fruit if you ask. Then of course, you can't miss the smell of the food being cooked by the food vendors as well. If you haven't had your breakfast yet, don't miss out on buying pupusas or tamales or whatever you're hungry for that morning. Enjoy your morning eating here after you shop.

This past visit, we got food from both Fred's Red Tacos and Baba's Chicken. My food from Baba's was delicious. Loaded fries of some sort and everything on it was just perfect and complimented each other. My friends got Tacos and thoroughly enjoyed their food as well. You order from a kiosk but then are greeted by someone when your order is ready, from that specific place. Each time I've gone, I've had good customer service. Nothing spectacular but what you'd expect. Since so many options, price points vary that can help you stay within a budget if that's what you're looking for. Spacious and clean. The Citrus Blossom Market hosts several vendors selling their crafts and food near the Edwards Mansion. This is outdoors so depending on the weather, you may or may not enjoy being outside. I just loved browsing through to see all the handcrafted items because you never know, you just might find that one thing that you absolutely need for your home or garden. The last crate…read moreincluded: a butternut squash, eggplants, a fennel bulb, a bunch of candy-cane beets, a bunch of baby carrots, small leeks/large green onions, a bunch of red swiss chard, a head of romaine lettuce, a head of escarole (?), a bunch of dill, Italian parsley, cilantro, arugula, French radishes, and an assortment of peppers. Whew! Abby and Jason included in the previous crate a cute bouquet of flowers too! Theirs is an enterprise that should be supported. For $50 a month, you get two shares of locally grown, beautiful, fresh and delicious organic produce. And for feeding your family healthfully? Priceless!
