If you're looking for a no nonsense farm stand to buy blueberries grown a few feet away, this is your place. It's a short season, get them while you can. And then go make a pie!

Soffel Farms is a family owned and run business, located in Redlands, across the street from Redlands Sports Park. As for the parking situation it is only street parking, but it's free. I was just driving back from Hanger 24 (only 1 mile away, which is also dog friendly by the way) and my husband and I passed this place and decided to stop by and check them out. Inside their store, it was dark and really small. There was a teenage behind the table where you can pay for your goods. I came in this past Saturday around 3:55 pm. It was pretty much empty and didn't have the cute farm like vibe that I was hoping for. You can buy raw honey, jellies/ jams, some loose fruit (very small pickings of lemons, oranges and avocados was what was available on this visit) and small packages of blueberries (found in the refrigerator). I felt a little obligated to buy something since I was the only person in there (my husband stayed in the car with our little girl dog). So I decided to get blueberries because the sign outside had mentioned they had blueberries. You can either purchase the small container for $5 or the larger container for $10. I opted for the larger container. The blueberries itself were sweet. But to be honest, I felt like that it was a little pricey for the amount. And I am pretty sure others will disagree with me, but I think I would rather stick with the blueberries at Costco (don't send me hate messages just because you disagree with me). This store was rather sad and depressing. Very unwelcoming and not sure why there wasn't any light on when I entered. Having a dark place presents itself to be rather dreary. If I lived near this area, I wouldn't come back.

The season is closed now. (6-14-15) We showed up today and the owner let us pick blueberries even though the closed yesterday. We will definitely be making this a yearly day trip. Our kids LOVE blueberries! They said they usually open from April 1 to July 1 but had to closed early because the weather made the blueberries ripen fast this year.

Best blueberries around. Staff has always been very nice and helpful

This is my favorite place to take the grandkids and let them pick their own blueberries. Staff is always nice and helpful

There used to be more vendors selling here, but that's ok. I still like shopping for fresh vegetables from local growers. My favorite is buying honey that is harvested locally. The farmers here selling their produce are always friendly and they offer samples of fruit if you ask. Then of course, you can't miss the smell of the food being cooked by the food vendors as well. If you haven't had your breakfast yet, don't miss out on buying pupusas or tamales or whatever you're hungry for that morning. Enjoy your morning eating here after you shop.

Aside from produce, nuts, and bread...there are a couple of food vendors. Decided to try 2 - Mimi's Pupusas & AEM'S Kitchen on 03/22/25. Ordered 2 pupusas from Mimi's - revueltas. They weren't bad but for $5 each we were hoping for better. All we could taste were beans - no pork, no cheese. I'm sure they were in there, maybe? The watermelon water was good but overpriced. Ordered chicken Pad Thai from AEM'S Kitchen. It was decent but pricey. Anyway, we're going to try something different next time we go.

It totally gave me Packing House District in Anaheim vibes, lively, welcoming, and full of options. There are so many different places to eat, plus a bar, so you can really pick whatever you're craving. The night we went, they were hosting trivia, which made it even more fun. We ended up joining in and had the best time. The whole place just has a really good vibe. Prices were reasonable (what you'd expect anywhere similar), and there's something for everyone. We ended up eating at Cornerstone Barbecue and it was delicious! I highly recommend coming here with friends or for a date night. It was such a great experience, and we'll definitely be back.

Similar to San Diego's Liberty Public Market but with fewer restaurant selections which isn't a bad thing. We arrived around 11a on a Sunday and easily found parking. There wasn't a crowd but things definitely picked up around noon. The Public Market included a variety of restaurant stalls from bbq, chicken sandwiches, sushi, ramen, Mediterranean, Filipino cafes, etc. They also had a little arcade corner with claw machines for some fun! I ordered a banana matcha with crystal boba, oatmilk and light ice, from Tsoko Cafe, one of the Filipino cafes I mentioned. It was amazing and did not disappoint. There was plenty of seating but definitely filled up quickly. Get there before noon if you're aiming to grab seats and avoid large crowds. Would go again!
