Oooyeeee this place is great. The servers were very attentive, the place is fast. The FOOD was incredible. Each item was delicious, flavorful, and super tender. Can't wait to come back and try other items. My only criticism is that I asked for my dish spicy and they didn't take me seriously, it was pretty mild.

I had to come back to do another review because I recently went after a long time away and they have beautifully renovated the restaurant! It adds even more to the dining experience here. Their buffet is always delicious and service is always friendly. This place never fails to deliver a delicious meal and I will continue to go back!

The tab for two delicious entrees, raita, pickled mushrooms, and roti.

I love this place! Wonderful food at a modest price. Two entrees and an app typically $46. Now they have a Sunday night bottomless buffet. Ridiculous bargain at $21.95 with every Indian dish we love done exceptionally well.

Amazing Indian spot serving Rajasthani dishes. 1) The owner of the restaurant is from Rajasthan, India. Unlike, most Indian restaurants which specializes in Punjabi dishes, this restaurant has Rajasthani dishes like Sikandari Lamb and Laal Maas. 2) The best Rajasthani Indian dish in my opinion is Lamb Sikandari. I liked the lamb Laal Maas, but the issue with Laal Maas is that they put whole cardamom in it, so be careful of your bite. I pick the cardamom out. 3) Overall the service was great and next to Planet Fitness. So, you can get your gym and food out of the way.

Delightful place, ambience, and service. Of course, good food as well. An informal litmus test of…read morehow fresh the ingredients are is to order "Bhel Puri" and check for the crispness. Nailed it! Their (tandoori) roti flatbread was also crisp (and none of that chewy feel). Saag paneer had a ting of smoked flavor - delightful! Very friendly wait and host staff w/ reasonable prices. Fancy enough to host a large group.

Parking is always a challenge when heading to any restaurant in downtown, but since it was a weekday, we found a spot easily. The entrance and ambience are fabulous -- with Buddha statues placed at the entry and throughout the restaurant, and beautiful hanging red/lavender tree leaves adding a lot of charm Coming to food, as we were party of 7, we ordered * Kale Pakora * Bhindi Churi Muri: crispy, veryt thin slices of ladyfinger- good 4/5 * Lasooni gobhi *Tandoori Medley: mixed platter. Honestly, not sure why they'd include large chicken pieces here; felt like something borrowed from a buffet platter. The only items I liked were the mutton seekh kebab and prawns. *Gobhi Manchurian: too much sauce - 3/5 * Jhinga Masala: tomato-based gravy with prawns, nothing extraordinary, 3/5 * Bhuna Gost : nope, could not find the gravy... 2.5/5 * Lamb Biryani: average and disappointing, 2.5/5 * Eggplant Bharta * Gobhi Paratha, Tandoori Roti, Garlic Naan, Laccha Paratha * Jaljeera, Lassi, Lime soda To be honest, food was pretty average. Bharta and Bhuna Gosht definitely could've been better. It felt very hit or miss--none of the dishes really stood out Also, Portion was way less then what other restaurant serves! Service was good but again we were the only party there! they added 20 % gratuity by default Overall, I'd rate it 3 to 3.5/5 at best. I'll probably skip it next time unless they bring in something new. Bring some new flavor team, you are not offering anything new!

So today I found something absolutely disgusting in my Kati roll - Yup, it was a roach or something. I called the manager, which he did apologize and asked for a second chance. I wouldn't mind but instead of trying to correct it by stating I'll make a fresh one personally deliver it. He went on that it won't happen it again, to cover his own behind. I can forgive even with a hair, but with bugs - really? That tells me that the kitchen might need extra cleaning. Either way, I'm sure people will continue going here, but I wanted to point this out as this will be the LAST time we order from this location. Thanks Bollywood Grill for the Grilled Bugs.....

Though we asked for several dishes mild- they missed the mark and they came pretty spicy. Unfortunately the kids couldn't eat them. The only dish the kids could tolerate was the tandoori chicken. The dishes came with a very small container of rice, so we had to supplement and make more rice. The samosa chaat was really flavorful and had good texture. The chicken tikka masala had a thick layer of separated oil on top.. but it was pretty good. The lamb meat was a little tough. Naan was tasty but not fluffy. Overall pretty average but the mild was way too spicy and the quantity of rice was really lacking.

The restaurant is located in a plaza and it doesn't look big from the outside but it was big and there were lots of tables inside. The staff were friendly and made suggestions when we asked. We ordered Malai chicken kebab, chicken momos, and gobi Manchurian. The gobi Manchurian was really good. The best I've had. The cauliflower lightly battered and fried and covered in the Manchurian sauce. I wasn't impressed with the chicken momos. They were plain. The malai chicken was good. For entrees we ordered, goat curry, paneer balti, and garlic naan. The paneer balti was good and different. My husband enjoyed the goat curry. The garlic naan was okay. It could have been more garlicky. The prices were a bit high. I'm not sure if I'll come back.

I was here for a particular dish, 'Tripple chicken schezwan rice'. Mumbai/Surat/Ahmedabad folks know what I am talking about. It was my fav dish when I was in Mumbai, so when I was checking their Menu and saw this, I knew I had to try it. We ordered this along with Non veg Indo-Chinese Sizzler. Tripple rice (its combo of nooldes+rice+manchurian balls in schezwan gravy) was really good, took me back to Mumbai days, but they should have added chicken pieces in their rice as well, not sure why they are not adding it. The chicken was only present in the form of Manchurian balls. coming to Sizzler- that was definitely not worth $30. It's the same fried chicken, sauteed in chicken 65 or schezwan gravy with a small ball of rice. I did not find anything special with this item, so I would skip it for sure next time Apart from that- they have like tons of options on their menu and it is a very popular chain in India. would definitely try again!

Unlike many other Indian restaurants, Caffe India does not offer any lunch specials or a lunch buffet .. which was a disappointment to my dining companion and me. The robust a la carte menu includes a wide variety of traditional non-veg and vegetarian Indian favorites like tandooris, paneers, masalas, and biryanis with vegetables, chicken, lamb, and seafood. I thought the Chana Masala ($14), comprised of chickpeas, onions and tomatoes cooked in a thick sauce and served with a side of rice, was tasty and filling and my father-in-law enjoyed the Vegetable Korma ($14), an Indian curry with carrots, peas and potatoes in a coconut sauce and served with a side of rice, but the garlic naan we ordered was slightly overcooked (i.e., burnt). The staff was not particularly friendly, but was efficient in getting our dishes out to us quickly although the restaurant was completely empty on a Saturday at 1230pm even though they'd been open for an hour. Overall.. a good, but not great, option for Indian cuisine in Morristown.. and it'll be interesting to see if and how they respond to their new competition on the other side of town when it opens in a few weeks. Pro Tip: Caffe India doesn't have a private parking lot. There is plenty of on-street parking off NJ Route 124, but beware of the 'No Parking' signs.

Posted a tepid Yelp critique. Hours later, Sonny had dug out my private cell # and texted and left vm's repeatedly for two days. Badgered, I removed the review. Since, I've seen only a few negative reviews on here for Sonny's. Strangely those few negative reviews were followed by Sonny's posted Yelp notes where Sonny did almost certainly what he did to me below: pretended in his post he tried to "make good" but actually did no such thing. Below see my experience. He posted he refunded me the outlandish $78 for a single person's dinner. Never did. Now getting Better Business Bureau involved. Let me show you how he operates. Cut to 4/11/26. Figured I'd give him a second chance after the February debacle. My 2nd Yelp review after 4/11/26 was actually incredibly positive albeit dancing around disturbing details. I did not describe what I saw that left me disturbed. The review didn't ask for a refund at all. He never called or text afterwards as he claimed he did in his posted note and I had not asked. Regardless, for some reason he posted this: SUNIL B. - "Business Owner" I was trying to extend the courtesy of apologizing you (sic). That's why I texted and called. A full refund has been sent to you. I don't need to invade anyone's privacy. Never asked for refund of his outrageous single person charge of $65.78 on 4/11. He neither called nor texted re 4/11 review. All fabricated. But where the Better Business Bureau is going to get involved is here: on 4/16 - five days after I ate there, after he posted he refunded me, Sonny charged an unauthorized HIGHER charge on my card for $77.78. That's no refund - that's fraud. Figured I wouldn't catch it. Unauthorized overcharges without notice to consumers violate the Consumer Fraud Act. Serious fines. Last and most importantly: the issue I was too civil in my 4/11 review to reveal was this: he repeatedly screamed at his staff. I saw it. I heard it. I put up with it. I saw his staff intimidated. All the patrons cringed. I despise abuse. We all do. Apparently all Sundil's pretend gracious host act is a farce. And I'm certain his screaming wasn't a one off. Abusive bullying behavior is rarely an isolated outburst. And you could see it in his staff: unsmiling, nervous, gun-shy. For that reason alone I'll never return. As for the fraudulent overcharge? Don't worry, dear reader. He's either going to repay me or others will force him to. And if you still improvidently decide to go here, do yourself a favor: check your card for weeks after. Avoid this place. This review is what Yelp is for: unmasking these kinds of abhorrent business practices.
