My wife and I entered the bakery on a whim while walking on Center Street. It has a wide variety of…read morebaked goods, far more than we could justify trying. Everything looked good, and the young lady behind the counter provided immediate service. We had the eclairs and the Napoleons. The eclairs were excellent with good flavor and texture. They were smaller than what I think of as a standard size for an eclair, but we would get them again. The Napoleons were another matter. The layers of flaky puff pastry were soft and limp, not flaky and a bit crunchy as they should be. Perhaps the Napoleons had sat too long in the display case, and the pastry absorbed liquid from the custard layers. We would not buy a Napoleon there again.

I should say 1 star... but I did like the croissants.. and French coffee…read more. The reason for the 2 stars... The tarts!!! The crust was thick, firm and delicious as the whipped cream... and the spread of custard. After wiping off the 1" of whipped cream there was very little custard.. like they ran out and filled the rest with whipped cream- you would think for key lime it would be filled up to the top of the crust. But unfortunately it's not even worth it... The strawberry cream water, was just vanilla custard.. a huge amount of whipped cream and 4 sliced strawberries... so why is it labeled strawberry not vanilla custard with strawberries.... Just beware if it's got whipped cream, you ain't getting what you paid for

My kids were so excited for Stella's ice cream to finally be open!…read more We walked in and the building was so fresh and bright. We were greeted immediately and offered as many samples as we wanted! Definitely try the Pleasant Groove (the special ice cream for this location! ) and the raspberry Dream! So delicious! You can also find a Mr. Rad's (a local cookie vendor's) at Stella's! Mr. Rad has been selling cookies to the community for several years and his cookies are so yummy! I love that there were several size options for cones: sundae, waffle, standard, and mini. Don't miss out on Stella's ice cream... It is worth the hype!

I hadn't heard of Stella's before visiting but I loved the variety of flavors and the large space they have. It's a great place to come with friends and family I got the Mr. Rad's Cookies flavor and the Original Strawberry, and both were so good! The strawberry tasted just like Häagen-Dazs Strawberry. They even offer popsicles and cake options. I can't wait to come back and try more flavors. I will say the prices seem to be higher than other ice cream places though.

The croissant was flaky, buttery, and not too sweet, the latte was creamy and rich - both scratched the itch! Where do I start on the ambiance of this little nook in downtown Provo. I sat up to a bar in front and it was magical with beautiful decor, cozy vibes, and just enough bustle to be stimulating. The service was exceptional as well, I truly can't say enough good things. The matcha took a minute to come out but he informed me they just started using ceremonial grade and he's figuring it out! Well done my friend, it was good! My only complaint is I wish the matcha was a little hotter and I never had to leave!

The pecans were nice, but they didn't make up for the overall lack of flavor. Don't get me wrong. It was good. Just not anywhere near what I was expecting flavor-wise for butter pecan. The service was fine too. The folks were pleasant. But this is yet another place that thinks they deserve a tip for doing 1-2 minutes worth of work. And I don't agree with that. Finally, I bought a small ice cream waffle cone with 1 scoop. It cost almost $8. I was shocked to hear the price. I know this is speciality ice cream, but I won't be going back - especially because I thought the flavor was so underwhelming.
