First and foremost! THE BEST CINNAMON ROLLS EVER!!! Love that they are vegan & lactose friendly also!!! It was our first time in on a Wednesday night around 7pm, when you walk in you are overwhelmed by the smell of goodness!! The service was iffy, just a group of teenage girls that were gossiping in the back room the whole time, not really the best experience when you've never been there and don't know how to navigate the overwhelming menu! Other than the service, the place was fantastic and highly recommend the cinnamon rolls! 4/5 stars due to the service. read more

My whole family was very disappointed with our experience here today. This was our first time time trying Cinnaholic and we were hoping they had epic cinnamon rolls based on the name. When we walked in we were not greeted by the two women working behind the counter. They seemed more annoyed that we came in and disrupted the loud rock music they were blasting (at 10:30am on a Sunday morning). As we tried to navigate the confusing menu board and looking at the display samples it was apparent these are not normal cinnamon rolls but oddly clumpy ones with toppings like brownies, chocolate chip cookie dough, candy chunks, Oreo cookies, fruits, and other odd choices that don't seem to pair with a cinnamon roll. We asked if they used cream cheese in there frosting and they said no because it's all vegan. Ok fine, we can deal with that but it would have been nice if there was some sign that mentioned the all vegan thing on the menu or even better on the outside of the building. We learned they use something called "cream cheese extract" in the frosting to make it taste like cream cheese but it's just a flavoring in an otherwise mystery frosted topping. At this point we should have just walked out but the kids were craving something sweet so we decided to give it a try and ordered the $5 - 3-pack of bite sized baby buns "old skool" style which is actually the way most all cinnamon rolls are currently served elsewhere. The Cinnastack photo on the menu caught my eye because it had an over-the-top photo of a cinnamon roll with a scoop of cookie dough onto with some other toppings. I told the woman I'd take the cinnastack and pointed to the photo. She asked me what topping I wanted and I didn't understand why she was asking me that because I just wanted what the menu showed the photo of - like every other product photo on the menu. In a supremely condescending rude tone she said "that is just an example of what you can put on a cinnastack" and she said I needed to select what toppings I wanted. I said "Ok well I'm sorry I have never been here before, what topping can I choose from and how many can I get?" She then angrily replied "STEP 2" and "As many as you want it's 50 cents more per topping". WoW. First of all, I'm just trying to buy a cinnamon roll here and this lady is literally about to murder me. Second, I don't even know how much this cinnastack thingy is as there is no price listed on the menu, unlike every other item. At thing point another party enters the shop so I decide to just get this finished and don't even ask the price and I request 2 toppings - marshmallows and Carmel sauce. We get the total and it's $15.09 for 3 tiny bite sized cinnamon rolls and 1 cinnastack. When we receive the items, they were smashed into to-go containers (they didn't even ask us if were were eating there or taking it out). See the photo of my cinnastack - completely smashed it and all the toppings were falling off to the sides and stuck to the sides. Unreal. The worst part -- it cost a jaw dropping $10 ($9 for the base and another $1 for the toppings). The even worse part is the Gilbert location's website states the price for this item is $8 so they totally ripped me off. Oh and as far as taste is concerned we detected ZERO cinnamon flavor -- all my family agreed -- only tasted of sugar. We think because these products are vegan they substitute a lot of the missing flavors with sugar but we cannot confirm this because the workers refused to tell us what ingredients the used. Sorry this review was so long and negative but we really felt we needed to get this all out there and hopefully the management will read it and take it to heart. We think there are a lot of positive reviews because there are so few vegan options and perhaps people who choose vegan lifestyles are just thrilled to have a place like this. But for the rest of you who don't require vegan, my advice is to stick with Cinnabon or even Costco where you can get a dozen giant cinnamon rolls for the price of less than one of these sugar bombs. read more

Oh my God if you like sweet desserts, this is the place!!! Went there with a group of people and absolutely everybody loved what they got!!

I had 15 mins to kill before my hair appointment and saw this place when I was walking around the stores nearby. I am so glad my stylist was running behind because it led me to discover this new obsession. I ordered 2 cinnamon rolls (original and s'mores) and both were delicious. I couldn't even tell they were vegan. My husband was surprised at how good they were and now this will be a place we take friends and visitors for a sweet treat. The man working was super nice and gave us the rundown on how ordering worked. This location is terrible. They hired on my sister a week before mothers day and had her train for a couple days, work mothers day, then let her go the next day. during her interview the only questions they asked her was if she would be able to work mother's day. Then during her training, they never had her receive a food handlers, check her identification, or ask for her social security number. they simply just used her to work for one day since their employees couldn't work mothers day. The next day they wrote my sister a personal check. Cinnaholic has been the best and worst thing to happen to my family! I used to love cinnamon rolls before being vegan. We were so excited when Cinnaholic opened. Our son, who has a major sweet tooth, would love if we eat here daily. He usually creates and we order an Old School Classic roll to balance out his sugar rush special. Two rolls split among three is ample for us. They expanded their menu from rolls, cookie dough, cookies and brownies to include cinnasticks, which are amazing! There are other new items which we haven't yet tried. If you're a coffee drinker, they offer different milks, such as soy, oat and almond. They have many other beverages like milk, soda and juices. I begin my review by stating...I have NEVER patronized Cinnabon or any cinnamon roll establishment in my adult life. The original and orange frosting reminds me of Pillsbury Cinnamon Rolls...but much better! The Good Holy crap these we're so good, I wouldn't have guessed they were vegan, and surprisingly mine was not too sweet. You start with a classic cinnamon roll base, then select from about a million frosting flavors and a million toppings. You can make a custom roll or try one of their suggested flavors. I tried the mad batter which had cake batter frosting with oats and berries on top. My wife had a pumpkin pie roll which had pumpkin frosting, oats, and marshmallows. We ordered 2 old school cinnamon rolls with cream cheese frosting, a scoop of cookie dough and two drip coffees...hello bergies coffee is the best! The cinnamon rolls didn't have cream cheese frosting, they were amaretto and when we went to get our coffee it was cold. Maybe it was from the morning? Or the day before? I don't know.
