I would give this establishment a zero if I could. The food is absolutely not fresh. They must cook it in the morning and warm it up each time. I was told by the worker that the cinnamon rolls were fresh. If they weren't, I didn't want to buy it but going on her word I did believe her and got the cinnamon rolls. I opened them within 5 mins of purchase and they were cold, not even warm. When I came back in no more than five minutes later to return them to Sean, the manager/owner, said that I was not able to get my money back in totality because I had bitten into one of the cinnamon rolls. Mind you the cinnamon roll wasn't even halfway gone. He said that they were "fresh" and it didn't matter that they were cold. He lied and said they made them every 15 mins, but I have been to this establishment and never saw something taken out of the oven once. So the slogan is "because life needs frosting" yet here I am with a Cinnabon with barely any frosting. Asked the guy at the register if he could add more frosting to mine because it seemed very lacking on frosting and a female worker behind him had the huge container out making a fresh batch. I was told he couldn't he'd get in trouble (his face looked genuine) but that I could buy a mini cup for I believe it was $.50. No I'm not paying extra for something that should already be on my product in a decent amount. And all the ones in the display looked the same. Went on Friday 5/8/15 around 5:30pm. The line was medium length. When I went to make my order, the employee greeted me and took my order. It was nurse week, so nurses got free Cinnabon. As I was about to receive my order, one of the employees nearly almost gave away one of my Cinnabons to another customer. If it hadn't been for the customer letting them know it was mine, the employee probably would have just given it to them. I also purchased a lemonade which was pretty refreshing. It was my first time ordering something there and of course it is the last. I ordered something and asked the boy twice if that's my order and he said yes. I took the bag and my lemonade and went to see something up front. I hadn't opened the bag. I did not know what was inside her. The boy went and snatched the bag from me, telling me you don't order, give me that! I went to them and asked them why he says that I did not order? their responses was that this is not your order. Cinnabon is my go to spot for when I want to treat myself, but the employees at this cinnabon do not prepare the buns properly. The cinnabons are extremely dry when they serve it to you and when they warm it up its still cold. The icing should be gooey and instead it's stiff and out just lays there right on top of the bun.
