Poor service. Very unclean. The servers were slow and disinterested in working. They let others steal food and don't care. Will let homeless in and push customers aside. Poor service. Needs a zero rating. Horrible service from Night Manager and her employees. I'm a regular and I was asked to leave. I was told if i dont have a drink I have to get out....exact words... I was told if I come at night time my drink from the day hours does not count. I have to buy another drink from the time I visit even ifs the night of the same day. Its a policy, which I never heard of until yesterday. Since my business is not appreciated here as a regular, I have already found another coffee spot I can do work at and will not be returning to this Starbucks on Jerome Avenue. read more

The Starbucks location definitely kept my group of friends alive as we were staying here for a wedding. We came here multiple times as we constantly needed coffee and they really aren't any coffee shops in this small town and we are New Yorkers so we had pretty high demand for caffeine. read more

This Starbucks Is Cool. Located a block away from the 4 Train on Mosholu. It's fairly small but cozy a typical Starbucks just nestled in the Bronx. Right on the corner, replacing the old Twin Doughnut. Workers Seem pleasant anytime I come here. My Fave Is The Matcha! :) read more

I want to rate this place well so bad simply because they're in the Bronx and there's not many Starbucks in the Bronx but I cannot. I ordered online for pick up so that I didn't have to wait but the place was so packed I still had to wait, not an issue because I realized how packed it was but still a bit annoying to be given a time on the app that wasn't realistic. The workers were kind so I didn't make a fuss. The issue was that my drink was made with sour (expired) milk, of course by the time I realized I had driven off and seeing how packed it was it wasn't worth going back to let them know but man this ruined my day. Not only did I waste time waiting for my drink but my drink wasn't edible. You can see in the pics how the sour milk created little white dots everywhere on my cold foam drink. Not only was it gross but it left all those little dots in my mouth on the first sip. Terrible. Worst of all, there was nowhere in the app to make a complaint or get a refund so I'm writing it here (a few weeks late) so warn everyone to check and taste your drinks before you leave the store. read more

I've been going here ever since it open and I really love the atmosphere in this store. It's very calm place, I love going here after shopping just to go get a drink from Starbucks. No Starbucks is perfect no matter where you go because there will always be ups and downs. Starbucks partners get a tons of mobile orders online and in person so you really have to work on being patient to receive your drink. I'm always precise on what I need in the register so by the time they make it and I never had a single problem here much love and stay blessed P.s! The orange is for the staff, who do a good job in a sometimes challenging location. The faint gray is mainly for the lack of a bathroom, which tends to limit my stay, which may be for the best but I'd rather it not be my bladder that decides. a very good buckys in the bronx that has spacious layout and plenty of seating with free wifi so i can order a large caramel frozen frappe , 2 pastries while i can burn 2 hours while unk partakes im his physical therapy a few miles ago. one of the better starbucks i have visited along with the one in astoria and folks seem to be just like me as no one is in a rush to bounce. good assorted eat options and typical starbucks beverage list. no complaints on my part as maybe a 30 minute cat nap is in the cards as i am sitting facing the wall and no one will notice unless i snore. this bucky in the bronx gets 4.5 stars and gal barista made my beverage super sweet. read more

Nightmare. I understand this location just opened, and employees are still training, but come on. The minute I walked in, I knew this was going to be trouble. I was so happy to see a Starbucks on this side of the Bronx. I am well aware of the drink recipes and the fact that they have to follow them in order to give the customers the best experience. This location has a few employees who are not aware of the consistency, I ordered a peppermint white chocolate mocha only to receive a regular peppermint mocha, and I asked the barista if it was a white chocolate mocha with peppermint and she replied " oh it's the same thing " but IT IS NOT. Please train them better. These drinks cost a nice penny, so they should be making sure people get what they ordered. read more
