We have been entirely reliant on the Internet Services from Endeavor to monitor the house via a half dozen cameras, water and temperature sensors, along with an alarm. The service has been flawless, and it has relieved a great deal of stress by having constant access to all of the systems we rely on! Endeavor staff were very accommodating and professional even in the face of my not so polite approach and obvious stress. Everyone has very helpful, and I appreciate their demeanor and desire to do what was needed in the face of a stressed-out client. Endeavor worked around our ability to travel to the home for service delivery. The tech support folks have been very professional and made sure we had the connectivity we needed in the very short window we had to get the work done. Thanks to all of the staff and I am looking forward to being a long-time customer of Endeavor.

Obviously, I want the fiber optic internet but the company is telling us that they can't set service up in our names until the previous owner calls and cancels his services. So the previous owner no longer resides there and has active internet service at my home where he left his cameras and is probably getting notifications every time we come and go. They tell me that giving them the sales documentation is not good enough for them to end his services and give me service. I've already had all other services turned on in my name without any hassle but they are protecting the previous owners "authorization" even though he has no right to services at my address. When I call about these issues I always get the same trouble shooting turn it off wait 20 seconds unplug it etc etc ok now it's working thanks for your call yeah it's working till next time my phone rings or a couple hours then it's back to same issue. I was told they would be here between 12 and 5 and at 504 i was called by the tech saying he was late. I asked him if he had brought a new box and was told no, he was going to fix the old one. This is not what i was told on the chat line that i have a copy of in my email box. I told them to reschedule on tuesday and he had his supervisor call stating tuesday was all full and that because my call was for an outage there is no time frame to come, that they come when they can. I said thats not what i was told, i waited 10 hrs last time and the tech came after 6pm and because the tech today wasnt on time and had not come with a new box that was unacceptable. He said they wont bring a new box because they fix the old ones. So if you want great internet service thos should not be your first choice. I tried to leave 0 stars but app wont let me. Customer service is not available after 5 eastern time.

F rating on BBB and I would agree due to false pretense and terrible communication. Fiber internet promotion of 29.99/month with free installation and $100 prepaid credit card. We waived modem box as we already had one. However monthly bill ended up 45.78/month as we were being charged for a "wi-fi modem". We called and was told they installed a fiber box in our garage in order for us to have the fiber internet service. Uhh okaaay this definitely wasn't explained during signing agreement or during installation to us. Anywho when our promotion ended we called to cancel the service prior to billing cycle and asked if we had any bill to pay if we cancelled on this particular date we were told no. LIES. We were charged a full month. Was unable to log into the online account to verify anything nor be able to pay online getting a message we needed to call customer service. They don't prorate service dates apparently. Very certain we cancelled prior to billing cycle but unable to log in to verify as you never get a bill because it's all paperless and they refuse to send us a paper statement with our final bill and billing dates. So we paid over the phone and they have the audacity to make us pay a 4.95 convenience fee because we are paying over the phone with a credit card when it's their fault we can't log in online to pay the bill!!! Thank goodness I removed the autopay and credit card info on the account before cancelling because who knows what else they could have charged us. Never ever will be their customer again. Should have looked up Yelp reviews prior to being their customer.

Would slow down so much during peak hours that the TV picture would pixelate and stop. It was so bad we just turned the tv off. The technician was way nicer and more helpful than the customer service call center. Too bad the service call didn't fix everything. The peak time lag couldn't be fixed. Also, paperless billing means you don't get an actual bill. Ever. And the price increases without warning. Whoop! Save yourself the frustration.

But these guys went above and beyond last week to help me! I large tree limb came down on an ATT line in my yard. After spending most of one day trying to find a local ATT office that could get this limb off the sagging phone line in my driveway, I called LifeGrid to see if they run on ATT lines and maybe had a local number. Not only did they have contact with a local office, they set up the removal of the limb! It's not often a company goes out of their way to help a customer . . . this little company is amazing.
