We only user Endeavor for our home WiFi and have never had an issue. Pretty sure we've never had an outage except when the power goes out obviously... they are the best! We've paid $90 for a couple years now, no complaints. read more

I am a new client to Endeavor over the past several months. My current service is at a new home in Hendricks County that is remote to us until next month. We have been entirely reliant on the Internet Services from Endeavor to monitor the house via a half dozen cameras, water and temperature sensors, along with an alarm. The service has been flawless, and it has relieved a great deal of stress by having constant access to all of the systems we rely on! Endeavor staff were very accommodating and professional even in the face of my not so polite approach and obvious stress. Everyone has very helpful, and I appreciate their demeanor and desire to do what was needed in the face of a stressed-out client. Endeavor worked around our ability to travel to the home for service delivery. The tech support folks have been very professional and made sure we had the connectivity we needed in the very short window we had to get the work done. Thanks to all of the staff and I am looking forward to being a long-time customer of Endeavor. read more

I wish I could give this company negative stars. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with and by far the most unprofessional. So this company refuses to add me as an authorized user on behalf of my husband because I refuse to put the account under my name after they wanted to charge me a $200 deposit but didn't need one if we put the account under my husbands name, so we put it in his name, makes the most sense! We were then told that I cannot be added as an authorized user until I pay the $200 deposit even though my husband was authorizing me to speak on his behalf they kept circling back to me having to cough up $200. Fast forward to today after a whole year of service with no issues with payments besides maybe one or two late ones but it was taken care of. The account is under my email and I have been paying them every month, not my husband. They send me the bill every month and of course they're accepting my payments..did I forget that I am the one who gave them my husbands information to run for the credit check and not my husband!!! I had enough of this company and how they refused to help us resolve our service issue unless my husband spoke to them. My husband is always busy with work and doesn't really have the capability of speaking with them so usually I'm the one who takes care of almost everything (pretty much everything) hence why we asked for me to be an authorized user. So after finally expressing to my husband for a few hours and him having to ask for permission from his boss to speak to this ridiculous company, I got him on the phone with them since my last conversation with them was not a pretty one. This woman tries to bad mouth me to my husband, how freaking professional is that??? But she says I'm the one being rude?? I'll be honest, I gave them a piece of my mind because this is freaking unbelievable! My husband goes on to tell her that I'm his wife and he has requested that I should be able to speak on his behalf. She continues to try and bash me and then even takes it as far as to state that my husband must live an awful life. Seriously, wtf is wrong with the people representing this company? So that's now even the cherry on top here, she then threatens my husband that I am not to call anymore or else....or else she will make it difficult for us to report an issue unless he physically walks into the building with his ID. Wow the nerve to threaten a customer who has not given any issues for over a year..this woman then goes on to say I'm being fraudulent by emailing her regarding the issues but they have been sending me billing statements to that same email..she also says she will report me, for what? For requesting my issue be resolved on the email you have on file and with the authorization of my husband (the account holder)!!! This company is a joke! It must be nice to treat people like crap because they know that they are one of the few that can only service the area. Shame on this company for being bullies and not actually caring about the people they serve. It may only be wishful thinking but I do hope this company takes a big hit somehow and lose their customers...we need a better provider in the area who actually gives a damn about their customers. read more

I am moving to Cloverdale, Indiana 4 blocks from the main road in and out of town. I am not way in the country. I called Endeavor for TV and Internet. $198.00 a month with a 2 year contract. $80 for 25 mgs speed with a 2 year contract plus $100 instillation. Since they are the only ones that provide Internet in that area they can really stick it to you and they surly do. I don't care how nice they are or how good the service is their pricing is ridiculous. Ill be doing without Internet until their competition comes to town. read more

Internet drops every 5 minutes. This has been an ongoing issue for the last 3-4 months. So far, have had 3-4 service techs at our home. No resolve yet. Guy today said it may be our router. Could not pinpoint the cause. Last 2 techs have tried to update the router, reset the router, etc. Tech today said they don't sell routers. But, they rent them. Said he didn't have a router on his truck...... Guess what I'm paying each month? Internet is disconnected now as I type this. Endeavor realizes I have a problem, yet they haven't fixed it yet. I just ordered another router, on my dime, and I'll update this post. South Central REMC breathing down their neck. I can't wait to switch, if only for a while..... Bro this is the worst internet company ever customer support is horrible especially the girl garbage . Where do I begin? I feel incredibly fortunate to have Endeavor as my provider of phone, cable, internet, and cell service! We have the best of both worlds, living in small town America and still having state of the art services! We have friends in our area that complain all the time for their lack of service and can't wait for the day Endeavor is accessible to them! I was pretty impressed when I called to set up my new serviced that I could get 1g internet in my rural home with no contract!! I couldn't even get that in Indianapolis with Xfinity, the best they would do was 600mg and they charged me for equipment. If I had known moving to the sticks would give me better internet and a local company with great customer service and technicians I would have moved sooner!!! read more

Speeds are fast! My entire family, 6 of us, will be streaming and gaming at the same time and there is no lag. Incredible. Never had any outages related to weather or anything. For several years we've been really happy with this company. Recently we had a storm related issue and they came out to make repair. They did great and said the modem was fried. So the tech left one with us and stated that it was 8 bucks a month or if we wanted our own we could turn it in and stop the monthly rental fee. The modem they rented us was junk, we went back to apple modems and called to see what to do with returning their modem. Evidently the tech didn't know what he was talking about because the rep said the fee was not able to be stopped because it was to better provide better "managed internet" in which she couldn't really explain what that meant. So I get nailed with a new fee and there's nothing they will do. How about train your reps and techs to give correct info. read more

With the new installation of fiber optics in our area we switched from DirecTv to a bundled package with Endeavor which saves us roughly $125 from what we were paying for phone/internet/tv. Concerning the phone, ALL calls to cell phones are long distance which really bites in this age when most people are eliminating their land lines in favor of using just cell phones. No free long distance anymore so when you do want to make a call to a cell phone it's usually to say "call me back". Our internet connection never rises above "low" and isn't "screaming fast" like they said it would be. The tv part really sucks. Very few HD channels, even most of the pay channels are not HD. The remote is very bulky in that there are several steps to do anything. You can't highlight a program and see all the times/channels that a particular show will be on. They eliminated the Style channel in favor of adding Esquire (stupid move). All in all we're starting to wonder if the money savings is even worth it. I have been a with endeavor for over 8 years now and its only getting worse. I gave the tv service a try and was very disappointed. If the picture was a dark background we would have these light rings in spots. We also had a horrible time with the picture having spots that would scramble. I placed several calls to endeavor trying to find out how to get this taken care of. They did nothing and we dropped tv service this last month. We wanted them to come out and set the box up so that we could hard wire into the wall to see if it would help with our issues of wifi not reaching the basement. They said not a problem. So I set up an appointment to have them come out and have it done. I wasn't home last week when they were suppose to come out. So I just thought it was done. WRONG AGAIN,,, they call me this morning and ask if I want to set up another appointment to have them come out. They informed me that they booked my appointment with a service tech on vacation. So I asked why they never called then, She said they did. Not being home I figured that I might have not seen the message. I look at my messages and she was correct. they did call... on the 20th .. my appointment was for the 17th. I will say that all the people except one was very polite. And I will take some of that blame because I was getting very irritated after over 2 hours on the phone in 2 days to only be told 4 different things from different endeavor employees. I did finally talk to a gentleman in service by name of Daniel.. he was a great help. the rest of the employees should learn from him. He didn't tell me what I wanted to hear, but he told me the truth. read more
