Weeks later, they're installed called me, drunk, cursing and threatening me. He then drove out there in the middle of the night and removed all of the new guttering. I complained to the company that they could either replace the old guttering, or install the new guttering that they'd just removed properly. So they had to re-install the gutters, but still never completed the job. Upon leaning, their installer, purposefully, drove trough the yard and over brand new metal landscaping and destroyed it. So they've been paid in full and have now caused damage to the roof that they refuse to fix. The company owner's only responses were to attempt to blame ME for their horrible work. He tried to call me a liar, but the entire thing was recorded on a security camera. This was a six month ordeal, and it only got worse as it went along. Worst company I have ever done business with. They have no clue what they are doing, and don't even know how to install something as simple as gutters properly.

The Tucker site showed that B Clean had won awards from them so we hired them to clean one floor of a new build house. This was a very expensive job but the owner, Bruce, assured me they were experienced with this and would do a good job. He came and looked at the house before he quoted his price, so he clearly understood the task at hand. The woman in the office was very polite and helpful in working us into their schedule to accommodate our needs. The people he sent were on time and very polite. They were hard workers but they overlooked some basic things, like the construction dirt in the window tracks (cleaning windows was an added charge we had paid) and they didn't clean parts of the floor. When the owner was questioned about this, he became very defensive and told us they weren't there to clean up the sub-contractors' mess. Well, I'm not sure why they were there to clean a new build if not to get rid of the mess that was there and that they saw before quoting a significant price to clean. The worst part of this experience was how rude the owner was. I was really surprised at the tone he used in an email he sent us. I appreciated he wanted to stand up for his employees. It was the approach he took which was very angry and way beyond what any reasonable person would expect. It told me everything I need to know about the B Clean company. We found another company to clean the rest of the house and reclean what we had paid B Clean to do. They did an incredible job. When that company came to see the property and provide a quote, they noticed (without us mentioning it) the dirt in the window tracks, surprised that it hadn't been done by the previous company. There were 3 men that showed for the entire week. One who worked the equipment in the ceiling, one who worked the equipment on the ground and a younger man who went behind and cleaned the vents and returns. From my perspective, this is the most thorough any company has cleaned our vents. Not only did they vacuum out the ducts, they covered the vents prior, so debris would not come flying out and make a mess (which no other company had done). Then they followed with vacuuming the exterior of the exhaust vents and then used a spray cleaner to clean the exterior of all the vents and returns. They may have even done more, but being a commercial job, I didn't follow them around and see all that they did. I also did not have any personal interaction with them. But I can say, the vents in our 35 year old building have never been cleaner, and they didn't make a mess while doing their job either.
