Today i was scheduled to have a new box brought to me to replace the other one which hasnt worked for the last 9 days except for a few hours a day mainly while asleep. I was told they would be here between 12 and 5 and at 504 i was called by the tech saying he was late. I asked him if he had brought a new box and was told no, he was going to fix the old one. This is not what i was told on the chat line that i have a copy of in my email box. I told them to reschedule on tuesday and he had his supervisor call stating tuesday was all full and that because my call was for an outage there is no time frame to come, that they come when they can. I said thats not what i was told, i waited 10 hrs last time and the tech came after 6pm and because the tech today wasnt on time and had not come with a new box that was unacceptable. He said they wont bring a new box because they fix the old ones. So if you want great internet service thos should not be your first choice. I tried to leave 0 stars but app wont let me.
