Let me start by saying this: I will never use anyone other than Rinehart…read more My heat pump stopped working, so I called Hope Plumbing Heating & Air since I had a maintenance plan with them. They told me I needed a brand‑new heat pump and quoted me $13,000. Something didn't feel right, so I reached out to the maintenance man at our church. He said they always use Rinehart and highly recommended them. I called and spoke with Kevin Rinehart, explained the situation, and he came right out. Before giving me a price, he said he wanted to look at the system himself. After checking it, he found the issue--a wire was shorting out. He fixed it on the spot for $98. He saved me $12,902. Rinehart was truly a blessing. Don't go anywhere else--give them a call.

They were the only ones that weren't being rudely pushy towards a new $25,000+ system. I was spoken to with respect and everything was laid out plainly for me. It was a blower motor, I just needed a blower motor replaced. After speaking with Jerry for a while, it's clear that he believes in his work, his people, and being fair to his customers. Proud to use Jerry Air for my HVAC services. I am never going back to the companies with huge sales teams that try to scare you into buying a new HVAC system every time something goes wrong. Jerry Air is the kind of company you hope to find after calling 5 others, getting quotes that feel like they can't be right, and being exhausted by it all. Don't hesitate to reach out to them for your HVAC needs!
