They were the only ones that weren't being rudely pushy towards a new $25,000+ system. I was spoken to with respect and everything was laid out plainly for me. It was a blower motor, I just needed a blower motor replaced. After speaking with Jerry for a while, it's clear that he believes in his work, his people, and being fair to his customers. Proud to use Jerry Air for my HVAC services. I am never going back to the companies with huge sales teams that try to scare you into buying a new HVAC system every time something goes wrong. Jerry Air is the kind of company you hope to find after calling 5 others, getting quotes that feel like they can't be right, and being exhausted by it all. Don't hesitate to reach out to them for your HVAC needs!

Grayless heating and cooling 5 stars! They came a day before…read morescheduled to replace our 50 year old furnace and AC when it started giving us problems. Equipment is only as good as it's instalation and these guys are top notch! They put in our new furnace and heat pump in one day and did the extras like replacing old wiring and condensation drain tube to prevent future problems. They covered our floor with tarps to avoid tracking dirt through the house and cleaned up all remnants of our old system. We had 3 estimates, all were within $100 of each other so I feel their pricing was very competitive. The installers were both friendly and professional, and took time after completing instalation to make sure we understood all the information we needed to operate our new equipment. They also followed up with two phone calls to make sure everything was working good and we was happy with our purchase. I would highly recomend Grayless heating and cooling for all your HVAC needs!
