My geothermal system is about 15 years old. I had all my ducts & dryer vent cleaned a month later. The Duct Cleaning company cleaned the dirt and dust from the Geothermal Unit. It had a lot of accumulated dust and dirt that should have been removed on the service call above. The Duct Cleaning Company told me the Geothermal pump had a bad water leak and was growing mold. (I was not informed of that by the HVAC company above.). He also noticed the Geothermal system was vibrating. He checked the fuse. The fuse had a bent prong which was making the system vibrate and shut off irregularly. He said this a common practice for some furnace companies to sell new furnaces.

They have an uncommon sense of customer care in a humanitarian sense that's sadly lacking today. Background: We got hit by the perfect storm: very cold weather sets in, evening, weekend. And now let's add I'm home convalescing from Covid all of a sudden, my heat pump decides to die. No problem I call my 24/7 contract tech AIRTRON. They tell me since there's a Covid case in my home they will not respond, PERIOD! I have to wait a minimum of 10 days. I sadly start pleading, saying I've been a loyal monthly paying sap for over 2 years, that I promise to remain indoors, that the heat pump is outside, that since it's iced it's an outside problem, that I will do everything by phone. That if the problem is inside then I understand, but if it's outside please come and inspect. Nope! They've hired the perfect quasi sociopathic phone operator. She says, "No,..." sending chills down my spine, and most professionally distant and void of any human emotion, "Ok, call us back in 10 days, I'm only following direction from my manager BYE! Click!" I then call my neighbor who grew up here and knows everyone, he says, oh no problem call Buddy Hart and his son Schuyler at HCI HEATING AND COOLING. They're local folks. They'll take care of you and are human beings. They are the best. I call Buddy at HCI. I tell my problem. I tell him I had family member test positive for COVID, was fully vaccinated, feeling okay, just headache. But will stay locked indoors. Please come and help. Buddy doesn't hesitate and says, " No problem be right there don't worry. We'll get you up and running again." Schuyler Hart from HCI comes right away, diagnoses problem and has us back up in operation. Thank You HCI for going way above the call of duty. God bless you all.

Even no follow up call after leaving several messages. Called Buddy at HCI, was able to set up appointment for later that week and received prompt and efficient service to the keep the old unit operating until a decision can be made about a new one. Highly recommend them, very friendly and approachable with good knowledge and informative when asked questions. No hard selling either.

Close inspection was done and followed up by one of their trusted advisors whom we've come to know over the years. Our new system was installed the very next day. The two guys who came out were thorough, neat and complete. One was inside for the breakdown, while his partner was outside preparing for the transition of the unit with removal, new pad and ultimately seating the new unit. They had it all up and running within about 4.5hrs. They cleaned up after themselves, explained everything to me and were on their way. We couldn't be more happier and can tell the difference between the old unit and the new one, complete with a new Ecobee thermostat. We've been using Mr. Quik for about 8yrs now and have been completely satisfied with the service, preventative maintenance and sales when it's been warranted.

First off the sized our furnace too big for our home. They sold us a unit to cool and heat 3000sq feet, and our home is half that size. September was when I started ill with headaches and respiratory issues. I needed a lung biopsy. Biopsy showed no bacterial of fungal infection. Doctor said it was air contaminates causing my breathing problems. That was October. Christmas rolls around and I'm still ill. April we call someone to look at our water heater he informed me their is a gas leak in the basement coming from he HVAC system. I called Mister Quick immediately, Nick informed me that when the HVAC system was installed it was installed improperly. It was leaking gas in 4 different locations from the gas pipe to the furnace. He spent 3 hours repairing the installers mess ups. I immediately started feeling better. The facial swelling and headache went away. 9 days free from a gas leak in my home and I'm feeling much better. My husband said our home could have blown up and that's also what the gas company told me when I reported Mister Quick. I live in Brown County and from now on when we get anything new added to our home we are going with a local company that has our best interest in mind.

Have been to my condo 3 times and my HVAC is still not fixed. They don't return calls. The owner did the initial service and never went up on the roof where the AC unit is. He then sent a tech who was very nice, but unprepared because the owner didn't give him any information. One of the 3 new parts was wrong and the tech needed to return with the owner again to work on the furnace, blower. The motor they got did not fit. The owner has no customer service and really doesn't care if my unit gets fixed or not. I'm stuck because the home warranty company allows this poor service.

They told me I needed a brand‑new heat pump and quoted me $13,000. Something didn't feel right, so I reached out to the maintenance man at our church. He said they always use Rinehart and highly recommended them. I called and spoke with Kevin Rinehart, explained the situation, and he came right out.
